This dishwasher was a MUCH needed upgrade to our kitchen and we couldn’t be more happy with it! The 3rd rack is so convenient for those little caps and whatnot that are too small for the top rack. I don’t need to rinse dishes unless they’re really bad - pot scrubber mode does it for me! Love the sanitize feature especially with everything going on it’s just great to know everything is extra clean.

This Samsung dishwasher has been a nightmare since I’ve owned it. After less than 6 months, the dishwasher kept tripping a breaker. Geek Squad came out twice and couldn’t duplicate or figure out the issue. When the issue arrived a 3rd time, I called geek squad again and was told that I had to go through Samsung since the item was still under factory warranty. I reluctantly call Samsung and get the run around again. Since I mentioned that the breaker is tripped when the dishwasher turns on, I was told that this was an electrical issue and had nothing to do with the dishwasher. This decision was made without sending a technician to inspect my dishwasher. I was then told that I MUST hire an electrician to diagnose my electrical system before they would agree to assign a tech to come out. I did that and the electrician charged me $250 for his services. This did not resolve the dishwasher issue. I reached out to Samsung again and was basically told “tough luck” on the $250 I wasted at their request. I’m now waiting for Samsung to come out to “fix” this dishwasher. Buyer beware! I’ve been a Samsung customer for a long time and this is my first bad experience. This experience is bad enough for me to never buy Samsung again!

This dishwasher has saved my wife and I a lot of time, we went from not having one to owning this in our kitchen and for thebpast few months it has not given us any problems. It doesn't make a ton of noise and we run it at night sometimes and we can't hear it at all when we sleep. We love it! It leaves our dishes very clean and it holds a good amount of dishes all well.

Works great and is very silent. Its a little smaller than i thought. But is a great dishwasher.

I have issues with the design of the middle spray arm. It hangs down slightly .it is designed to fit into a notch on the bottom of the upper rack but I have to hold it up and manually make sure it fits. I do like the third rack in the top for plastic lids or silverware. You can put your silverware in the rows of pegs and remove the standard basket for more room in the bottom rack.

lovely dish washer quiet, efficient, so easy to use even my husband uses it. Front control is a little hard to read especially for us old folk, thinking of sticking a star or something bright to highlight the start.

The dishwasher cleans well and is very quiet. Installation was easy, as all connections were easily accessed. My only critique is that the tines on the bottom rack could be spaced a little wider apart to create some versatility.

you have to learn this dish washer so read the manual if first time having a samsung. but so far so good no complaints and it looks very nice and easy to install if you want to save money install yourself.

Very satisfied with the dishwasher. Love the third rack on top where my sink mats can come out flat instead of all curled. Also a nice place to put those on utensils that don’t necessarily fit in the silverware compartment tray.

Works good, quieter than our last dishwasher that costed a lot more. Dishes don't always get completely dried though

The dishwasher is very quiet. We do have to get used to the fact that the front control panel is very sensitive. We immediately noticed that the slightest accidental contact can start the machine. No problem, but I would definitely consider now the same dishwasher with integrated controls at the top of the door.

I've had this dishwasher for 4 months. It cleans well when it works but the button panel sensitivity is definitely an annoyance. Last week, I tried to start the dishwasher but I received an error code indicating one or more of the buttons was pressed and it wouldn't start. Setting up a service appointment was easy but the 3rd party repair company did not show up at the original scheduled time and when they finally did show up 3 days later, the repairman told me he couldn't fix it and would have to reschedule again. Between the sensitive buttons that cause the dishwasher to not work and the poor experience with the repair service, I would not recommend this dishwasher given the price and the number of other options from other manufacturers.
