I like that it’s super quiet, seems to wash fairly well and the 3rd rack for silverware and long cookware is a great use of space. My main gripe, which I now see in other reviews, is that it could dry better. I have followed all of the instructions, arranged the dishes properly, used a rinse aid type product, but still have more moisture than my last dishwasher. It’s a minor inconvenience, but not an all out deal breaker. I mainly see water on cup bottoms, which the manual addresses, but I expect better from Samsung. If you don’t mind wiping a few glass bottoms, it may be worth the investment. Again, my main complaint is the moisture, other than that it’s a good product.

And no problem when we brush up against it, changing cycles or turning off, because ours sits back under the counter a bit. But there are a few things my previous dishwasher had that if I just spent some more money it would be much better, like longer prongs to hold water bottles, the “end” light turns off after an hour or so, even if you don’t open the door, so I always wonder if the dishes are dirty or clean, and the top tray for flatware doesn’t clean well. I guess you get what you pay for, it’s just ok.

The worst part does not dry well at all. There’s a lot of water left on the dishes. The silverware holder is smaller than other dishwashers. I would return it but I didn’t want to deal with the hassle. The buttons are very sensitive. If you lean against it, it turns on.

Simple no frills upgrade

Dishes are cleaner and this thing is impressively quiet for not being one of the new ultra quiet models we didn’t need. Highly doubt it’ll last 30+ years like the old one but was worth doing at this point.

Quiet and clean

It looks nice and is much quieter than we expected. The only problem we have is the buttons are on the front and when leaning against the counter you can accidentally press them as they our touch sensitive.
