I’m enjoying my new dishwasher it’s very quite and works great

In the process of switching all appliances to Samsung, the dishwasher is awesome, love the stainless steel finish. Very easy to operate and super quiet

This dishwasher is so awesome. It has buttons you don't have to push in and really does a great job washing my dishes. It's really quiet too.

We are not dishwasher power users as we mostly clean dishes by hand, but this unit does well and is relatively quiet when used.

Unit it's self is as good as it advertised but it came in with lots of missing item ie electrical conduit and some water fittings other than that this model is Allein good buy

Gift for my mother birthday she love this so much awesome gift

Three months after the year warranty was up my dishwasher began flashing the normal light and continuously trying to drain. Had a technician come out and was informed that the water valve had gone bad and was leaking. This repair would have cost $275 for a dishwasher that was purchased for $449 and just a year old. Reading online, a lot of others experienced leaking issues with Samsung dishwashers. Very disappointed that this product would have a bad part being a year old. Definitely will not purchase another Samsung dishwasher and wouldn't recommend others taking the chance.

This is a dishwasher that matched my appliances however one of the top arm propellers feel off and melted to my heating element. Geek Squad replaced for free. I do wish I had paid a little more and got the washer that had the selections on the top of the door rather than the side like this one. We are always brushing against and setting it off.

We've had this Samsung model for almost a year and its probably the worst dishwasher I've ever had, for several reasons: poor design (racks too low; doesn't fit as much as it should), it caused streaks on all our drinking glasses (same detergent as before),and too easy to inadvertently turn it on (power button right at hip level). We realized it has these problems just after the warranty ended last year, so have been tolerating its crappiness for several months, but plan to get a replacement machine sometime soon...definitely NOT this model!

dishwasher worked great until front control panel quit working after only 11 months

Gave 2 stars as we had a bizarre experience. Paid BB to do the install. Ordering was easy and the guy at the store was very nice. Shipping with the pandemic obviously takes time so that was also easy. The installer came on time and was nice. I was busy at work so I asked if they tested everything etc I was told everything was good. Didn’t use the dishwasher went to bed. Woke up with my crawl space flooded. Called BB and they dispatched the install group. They showed up unhooked everything and took the dishwasher away. It took me half the day to clean up and missed work. Kept asking the install group and BB to dispatch a restoration company to inspect all the water damage since there’s obviously a problem. As soon as they uninstall and removed the first dishwasher I’m not stuck in the middle getting zero help and each entity activated an insurance company and each company says it’s the other companies problem. All along we are stuck here footing bills to try and protect our house after paying for a service that’s been a disaster. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. We are a high risk house and disabled. This nightmare has no end insight and I paid for this pleasure

A Solid purchase. Quiet and does its job well. Only flaw is that the machine will turn off, after it is started, when you stand near by it. Only way to prevent it from happening is for you to manually hit the door lock button every time. Possible design flaw, unless I am doing something wrong here.

Great dishwasher easy to use and quiet. I’ve been very satisfied with Samsung products in the past and this is no different.
