The top third rack is the best feature.

It took 3 repair calls to get a leaky valve fixed that was causing a water leak error but got it fixed through Samsung under warranty. It does not totally dry dishes but I am not sure if any dishwasher is perfect.

I see that you are having some concerns with your buttons being too sensitive on your Samsung Dishwasher and there is a resolution to this. Our units come with a control lock feature that when engaged the control panel will be unresponsive. To engage, press and hold the Heated Dry button for 3 seconds. Repeat the same to disengage.
