There are several issues with this appliance such as the control buttons on the front panel are too sensitive, excessive moisture left after the dry cycle, limited size glasses on top shelf, flimsy top shelf, unable to see rinse aid level, rinse aid compartment door pops open, and difficult to load dishes based on the layout of each shelf. It is easy to clean and is fairly quiet.

However, my husband installed this dishwasher (like he's done many times before in his lifetime) and it leaked over the floor. We had to call Samsung and spent hours on hold. But we explained this particular Samsung must be defective because it was leaving water on the floor. Best Buy took it back within the 1st 48 hrs. upon having it delivered. We went with a Whirlpool instead so my husband had to take the Samsung out, run it back to Best Buy and we purchased a Whirlpool instead from Home Depot because they had the Whirlpool model in-store; we could pick it up right away so here my husband was installing a dishwasher a 2nd time.

Cons: there is no timer to let you know how long each load is going to last. Another thing is if you pull the bottom rack too far out, it is hard to put back in.

The installation was made easy by their detailed instructions. Once installed the dishwasher is very quiet and the dishes come out looking great. I would recommend this model to Others.
