I like having the 3rd rack and the push button operation. The dishwasher sound is fine, but the heated dry cycle has a bit more of a humming sound than I prefer. All in all, a good product & fairly priced.

If you want to clear out the dishes soon after it’s completion you will find that everything is wet. From what I understand the dishes are hot so they should dry with evaporation so you need to leave them for at least an hour. Doesn’t work so well on plastics however as they (Samsung) state. Jet Dry helps.

I, a stay home dad, like the the top utensil deck immensely, it is a winner. The machine is noticeably louder than the same size LG model that died and does have an issue with drier cycle. We utilized all available cycles, just to test the capabilities, and in every cycle drying is lacking. The second issue is the lack of folding rack on the bottom of machine. It is a challenge to wash larger pots because the holding rack does not allow the pots to sit squarely on the bottom shelf. Its more than a nuisance! Sometimes, it pays to ask a housewife or husband for the advice, it pays!
