Great Dishwasher But......

Large capacity - does a great job washing and drying. Issue is there is a high pitched whining noise when the machine is running that intensifies during the drying cycle. Installers stated it is not uncommon for this model. If I would have seen this in the reviews I would not have purchased. Support stated the noise would go away after several loads. Didn't happen. Now out of return window and directed to manufacturer for resolution and repair of needed. This one simply may be a lemon. Still a fan of the brand.

Dead After 7 Days

Tried resetting breakers, nothing. It is dead. Had to pull it back out and exchanged it for a Bosch which it what I should have bought in the first place. My last Bosch lasted 8 years and literally over 4,000 cycles. Learned my lesson that not everything on Black Friday is a good deal.

With the silverware in the very top rack, there is now more room for dishes on the bottom rack. Plus there’s no center rod projecting up taking up space on the bottom rack that further limited space.

It does NOT dry dishes very well. Prepare to towel off most of the dished afterwards. Also, it's very easy to brush by the buttons and turn the machine on and start the wash cycle. Well, it's easy when you accidentally do it but when you are trying you have to mash the buttons in to get it to start. What's the most disappointing is that we are past the period where we can return the item though we were out of town for a few days after getting it and we needed 2 to 3 weeks to use it and see how it functions. I'd like to return it and get a more expensive Samsung unit. I'm still within the 45 day return period for being an Elite Plus member.

We put off buying a replacement for several months but finally decided we needed one. Glad we did.
