This dishwasher was easy to install and works great. It is pretty quiet too.

this dishwasher works great, however the cycle takes forever. There is an option to drain and end the cycle while it is in dry, but the dishes will remain soaked for days if not removed and dried off.

This machine is very sleek. The buttons are sensitive so all you have to do I lightly touch them. It runs very smoothly and barely makes noise, just a light hum. It cleans like a beast!!! So glad I got it!

Bought this to replace another unit and so far the unit is working as it should. Everything gets clean, but I have noticed that items are still wet after the drying cycle. Louder than our previous unit but it gets the job done.

Previously had a middle grade GE Dishwasher that broke. Bought this Samsung for a cheaper stainless steel front. We thought we would like the 3rd rack for silverware etc. We have been disappointed with this dishwasher because: 1 - Top rack difficult to pull out. 2 - Door opens but will not stay flat without bottom rack being on it (GE just opened and stayed down). 3 - This has a plastic tub and it had a very unique odor when installed and then when we run it - it smells like burning circuit board. 4 - We have found the tine position/layout of the top and bottom racks not as conducive to our dishes as the GE. 5 - As others have mentioned the controls are sensitive and turn on when we do not intend them to. 6 - when shutting the door and the top rack is pulled out, the default position of the rack catches on the in door soap dispenser and so I have to reopen the door and manually shut the rack. It's just those little things that add up to a bad experience. On the plus side - it was inexpensive, we like the quick 60min wash, the stainless front cleans easier than the GE. It is a little noisier than the GE - but not too loud. For those who are looking for a new dishwasher, skip the 3rd rack, pay very close attention to your current dishwasher rack layout so that your new one is what you want.

I love it! So much better than the old Kennmore unit that I had to replace after only 10 years. Many features, quite, and does a excellent job on the dirty dishes.

i love the top rack but it doesn’t always get the silverware clean. i find compared to my old dishwasher that i could run on quick cycle and this one i can’t because it doesn’t get things clean. very very quiet running is a plus.

Love this dishwasher would buy it again. Third rack is awesome for extra silverware or knives or large spatulas. Bottle washer is great for the kids reusable drink containers. Super quiet!

I love this dishwasher, it is way quieter than our old one which was a GE. It takes longer to wash but the dishes are cleaner. Looks great as well.

Love everything about this dishwasher, especially the third top rack! It’s made to fit anything you could want to put in it, it’s quite and gets my dishes completely clean.

This is a very good dishwasher. It cleans well. It is quiet and is very smooth.

I thought I wanted a dishwasher with controls on the front. But, everyone you barely brush against the dishwasher it turns on. Then when I want yo turn it on it won’t turn on. Performance wise it’s great. Love the dishwasher rack on the top!

The original unit was defective right off the bat. The issue with the replacement is that the contractors are overbooked so it took 2 weeks to get the replacement installed even though they had it in stock. Several phone call attempts, and was redirected a couple times. Thought the issue was settled with the first call but as it turned out, they did absolutely nothing. Anyway, the working unit was installed and overall, I'm happy with it. It's quiet, loads easily and the glasses don't fall over like my previous dishwasher. The only thing I wish it had is a timer that told you how much time was left in the wash. Not a big deal but sometimes I just would like to know. Overall, like the product.

Nice stainless steel finish. Quiet operation no cleans well. Control buttons can be hard to see.

replaced my whirlpool unit with this one. the third shelf is what sold us. so far it's been great. more room to place more dishes, runs quiet. but the reason i only gave it 4 stars is below: 1. it's super light weight. made with thin metal materials. definitely not as "heavy duty" as my USA made whirlpool. but it works... 2. the door doesn't go all the way down and lock in place. it always wants to come up, unless the lower rack is pulled out to hold the door down. not really a huge issue. 3. there's no timer shown. it doesn't tell me how much time there's left in the wash. my whirlpool did that... but the dishes come out cleaner than before, it runs quiet, and did I mention i love the 3rd rack?

Gets the job done, looks great! Very quiet as well
