    I bought this in Aug 2022, Worked as expected for 13 months, but now starting to have red lines on top and below of screen, I don't recommend this product if you want to use it for more than 1 year

      We are very sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your monitor. Although your monitor is out of warranty, we invite you to contact Samsung Customer Support for troubleshooting to see if we can resolve your issue over the phone.

      If our Customer Support agent determines that service is required, they will review the flat-rate service fee for your monitor. It would not cover the cost of shipping your monitor to us, but does cover the cost of shipping the monitor back to you. You are responsible for shipping fees to Samsung Customer Service; we recommend using a trackable shipping service like UPS.

    I bought this to use setting up computers before adding them to my home network. Because of this I was looking for a cheap monitor. I was expecting so so quality. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and the overall display brightness. All told, I am very happy with the purchase!
