    I thought I'd save a few dollars and just buy an "Open Box" monitor. It did not come with the screws that are required to mount the monitor to the monitor base. So, I check the manual and of course the screw size is not mentioned in the manual. The frustration isn't worth the $10 I saved.

    After close to 2 years of use, I started seeing a lot of horizontal lines around middle of the display. It is practically unusable now.

    Had just over a year, and randomly started having weird lines appear on the screen, sometimes it takes a long time to start up, and doesn't properly display for several minutes. Might be a QC lemon

    In 1 year the monitor has an issue with a screen. It shows a blue lines on the screen. Best buy also won't help. I won't buy anything from Best Buy.

    bought this back in 08/09/2022 and I started seeing lines going across the screen very annoying when working on excel spreadsheets. This monitor is going back and getting a replacement.
