Have ran it 3 times so far and food particles are left all over my dishes. We pre-rinse and this isn't stuck on food, it's like food is getting tossed around inside and landing on the dishes and silverware. Just nasty. Having to do a service call already. Not happy.

If I hadn't paid a fortune to have it installed, I would return it. The dishwasher LOOKS great...has stainless inside, but the functionality of the racks is terrible...it is impossible to arrange dishes in an efficient manner. Also, the blower feature for drying rather than a heating element doesn't work...the dishes are dripping wet when they come out of the washer. And, you definitely need to clean the dishes well before putting them in the dishwasher...otherwise they come out with food on them. Very disappointed.

This dishwasher simply does not heat the water well enough to clean dishes, nor does it properly dry them. When we had a maintenance call to check the machine and it's installation, the repairman told us that this is all this and other new dishwashers will do, and they are all basically a waste of money.

This is our third foray into Samsung appliances and have come to the conclusion that they should stick to consumer electronics. You would think we would learn after having one breakdown and Samsung not willing to do anything to replace it (it had been longer than one year by a month). Fortunately, there was a conscientious manager at the store in Houston that made good. Now I find myself trekking the same ground. This dishwasher "smart auto" button comes on rendering the dishwasher useless (Model # DW7933L RASR).

Less than a month, already broken. Fairly unhelpful geek squad member thinks it's electronic. Washing dishes by hand for two weeks while waiting for part and repair person. I guess it's a good thing I bought the five year warranty, but was hoping for a quality product and superior services. Oh well...

Love how it cleans and there is plenty of room for breakfast and dinner dishes for a family of 5. Only thing that I don't like is that if you leave against the counter while the dishwasher is on it can shut off or change the settings.

Purchased this dishwasher towards the end of 2014 and it has broken. I contacted Samsung which was of no help. They informed me that it was out of warranty and they could send someone out to look at it. $100 just to come out, $100 an hour for labor and that doesn't include parts. Also, the dishwasher will not work with the dishwasher cleaning tabs. It has a hard time breaking through the outer layer to get to the actual cleaning powder. I would not recommend.

We replaced our old Whirlpool after the rack on the machine started rusting and staining the dishes. My wife wanted a simple machine, so we settled on this one. The machine is quiet and easy to use, and we can place more dishes into it than our old machine. So far it has cleaned well, but I don't care for the soap dispenser. Our old machine had a separate dispenser for a pre-wash. On this machine you would add additional soap in the single dispenser for heavily soiled dishes. Also I have had issues with the racks. The bottom rack pops out of place easily. If you load it towards the rear of the rack first the weight of the dishes causes the rack to flip over. Also I have had one of the track wheels pop off and shoot across the kitchen. If you use the sanitize feature be prepared to wait a long time before your load is clean. This isn't an issue for us as we turn the machine on right before bed. I would recommend this machine to a friend as long as they understood it's short comings.

This broke twice and still sits broken. It will not drain.

They suggest a rinse aid because the dishes do not dry if you do not use it. The machine is a huge dissapointment. I have been doing the dishes by hand because it is so bad. Do yourself a favor and avoid this machine.

My dishwasher never worked. we ran it three times and all three times there was powder left, the dishes werent clean. After third time it stopped working. So returned it.

Bought this dishwasher, along with a Samsung Washer and Dryer, as well as a fridge freezer. Sad to say that this dishwasher is absolutely no good. Does not rinse well, son has insisted on using Solo Cups because he doesn't trust the dishwasher to wash and rinse well. :-(

This is the worst purchase of my life. The washer rarely produces clean dishes. It is already starting to rust. The wheels have broken and dislodged from the bottom drawer making the loading and unloading unbearable and difficult. Can't wait to be rid of this thing.

Didn’t last through year 6. Had a leaky seal and was very loud and noisy by year 2. Never seemed to clean well. Had to rewash all dishes by hand if you didn’t scrub them first. Poor design.

My old Dishwasher started leaking really bad. I had to either fix it or just replace it. Looking around for another dishwasher, I found this Samsung online. Bestbuy has it for a good deal price. I went online and started looking for reviews. Some were very positive and others were very negative. For the money I paid, I think I got more what I was expecting. The dishwasher is really quite working. It has some really good functions and dishes are coming very clean. Sometimes we have to run it 3 times a day. The water jet distribution is very efficient as my old one had one main jet only. The only down side of it that you can't set the program to start on a stage you want. Like I want to do extra dry for example or jump to rinse... The old one used to have that. The children safety is good but I wish it also disables the Shutdown button. Over all it is nice, quite and very good price. I like Samsung...

I experience a problem with this dishwasher every 12 months. Not a good product

I also got the suggested add on kit, which basically includes a 6 foot power cord [so you can plug in - easy change out]; and a 6 foot water supply hose. Both allow for an almost too easy install. I also raised the floor area - the old dishwasher actually sat below floor level - a real pain to get out. It helps if cabinet floor is equal to kitchen floor in height. Then raise front to get at electrical and water connections. Once they are in place, slide in carefully - don't pinch water line [though 2 channels run the length of the dishwasher, so should be easy not to]. Make sure front of dishwasher is even with cabinet front, and the floor should be approximately level so the door works, etc. Finish sliding in, insert two screws either thru top brackets into counter, or through the side of dishwasher cabinet if you have rock counter tops. Plug in power; make supply connection under sink. Get all the junk/packing out of the dishwasher. Turn on and have fun.
