Excellent value, we weee looking for a solid dishwasher for our vacation home. Looks great and does the job.

It’s making a bit of a weird electrical sound when it’s on. Kind of like a high pitch voice of electricity running through the wires. Might call service if persists.

It's quiet and looks nice, but leaks right from day 1 on Stormwash, and doesn't do all that great job of cleaning dirty dishes, especially if they've been sitting in the washer for a couple of days.

The product is perfect and fits in very well. Installation was flawless.

Pleased with this years model. Make sure to get the warranty, as samsungs are usually hard to get repaired if something goes wrong.

So far, really good. Install was a breeze. Dishwashing is very good. As mentioned in several posts, all of the new energy-efficient units, run a long time and have longer drying times (unless you open the door to release steam right after the wash. Super quiet.

Best buy sales and installation went great, BUT I should have listened to the reviews about the door!!! Frst time I noticed it open I thought someone just failed to shut the door. Now it pops open after EVERY wash. At least it waits until the cycle is done so no leaking for us at least. Best buy allowed us to return it and the process was seamless (after 2 phonecalls and 45 mins). My fault, I didn't listen to you all and I should have. I LOVE my Samsung refrigerator but just to be picky here, because I can, the dishwasher that goes with this line has a different finish than the fridge, which is not clear in photos but is clear in our kitchen. Glad we are getting rid of it.

Nice looking dishwasher. It confused me at first when it popped open at the end of the cycle and would not close, but then I realized it was part of the finish setting.

Works well and looks nice but still really haven't figured out the best way to load bowls. My last dishwasher had spots specifically for them but they don't seem to fit right anywhere in this dishwasher.

Fit perfectly and our installer was very knowledgeable about installing dishwashers. Took him only 45 minutes from the time he arrived until he was showing us how to use it. Love the fact that the door opens when it's finished

Easy to install, and great quality so far! I am not a handyman, but was able to install myself.

This was one of the worst buying experience for me. I bought the dishwasher. When opened, it had some parts missing, e.g. the plastic knob at the inlet, the fixing plates, and a couple of other minor things. I returned the unit within the stipulated time. I didn't pay attention, as I assumed the store would have returned the full price. However, when got the credit card statement, there was a deduction of half of the price. I still couldn't figure out, why? That was ripping off a customer, and extremely bad experience at the Best Buy in general and at the Woodmore Town Center Store in Maryland in particular. Otherwise, I found the staff to be tricky, cheating, and dishonest. I wouldn't recommend shopping at this store at all.

Unit arrived on time. Installer put it and ut immediately showed a fault for water leak. No leaks detected. Called Samsung service who came out a week later. Ut was diagnosed as a bad controller and bad pump. Waited 2 weeks for parts and scheduling. Upon arrival,the same technicians found that all the components underneath were broken off like it had been dropped from a significant height. Still waiting to get it fixed or replaced. Its been installed for over a month and has never run once. Very discouraged and disappointed.
