I've had this fridge for about a month now, no complaints it works. I drink bottle water so I didn't need water dispenser. Tons of space, going from a single door older smaller fridge this seems huge. Very happy with our purchase, Samsung does make great products and I always recommend the warranty, because you never know.

We are very happy with the purchase of this unit. It functions better than we anticipated, providing plenty of space at 25.5 Cu ft. The only qualm we have with the refrigerator design is having to open both doors to access the pantry items but that is only a small inconvenience and we are very happy with our Samsung product.

Loved the look at the store and loved it even more in place in our kitchen. It's beautiful! You need some adjustment time for the new and unfamiliar noises of this refrigerator; as you would with any new appliance. The ice maker produces plenty of ice: and we use a lot on a daily basis! No complaints.

This Samsung was for extra storage for us in our garage. The ice maker and bin does a great job for the extra ice we use when we entertain. We love to put all of our extra soda, water, and our bulk buys in this refrigerator. Easy to access. Samsung did a great job with this fridge and we love the 10 year warranty on the compressor.

Bought this new for our new house. Size and price plus look was great. Noisey since being installed. Ice collects inside the refrigerator walls and when it melts a little it falls inside the unit and makes a noise that sounds as loud as someone banging on the back door. I wouldn't recommend this frig unless you like noise.

I haven't had it long enough to really say anything negative. Beening wanted this for a few years now, this was my year!!

This is a replacement. 1st one the freezer was icing up. returned it back to store. No problem with the new one so far.

In terms of reliability and performance, great. Does everything it needs to, shelving is convenient. The only thing is that it has a whine that's relatively loud when operating (not related to the ice maker), and I can imagine that it can get annoying if installed into a small space.

I bought this fridge for my mom and she loved it. It's big and spacious. It has a cool feature that allows you to adjust the humidity for fruits and vegetables to keep them as fresh and tasty as possible. The freezer is also spacious. It has two compartments that allows you to organize your frozen foods and at the same time gives you easy access to grab anything quick.

My wife and my self are very happy with the fridge so far. It seems to keep our food fresher much longer than our old one. Alot of thought went into the layout of the fridge. It's very convenient to find what I need without having to open both doors all the time. I love that it doesnt have a water and ice dispenser in the door. Our water is very hard so we didnt plan on ever using that feature plus it looks very sleek and clean without having it in the door. But if we move it does have a water dispenser inside in the wall and an icemaker in the freezer so it still has full functionality.

Needed large refrigerator with ice maker and a larger TV for my new house

Love this fridge. I didn't realize when we purchased it that it chimes when you leave the door open too long. This feature is really saving us!! My son forgets to close the door all the time. Now, we hear the chime and he says, "I know, I know" and runs in the kitchen to close the door. It's spacious and aesthetically pleasing as well.

Quite an upgrade! Very happy with the fridge and the layout options. Works great!

I freaked out the deliverymen when I started crying. I love this fridge. The black stainless steel is beautiful, the amount of food and configurations of shelves is endless. We choose not to turn on ice maker because we really don't use ice, rather have the room for more food.

Getting this Samsung refrigerator for the price was too good to pass up. We look the space and having the refrigerator on top!

I currently have five adults that are using this refrigerator and we have plenty of room for all our items. for five adults the freezer is a little tight but not that bad. it is relatively quiet I hardly ever hear it running, I would give it a 5 star but I only had it for a few weeks.

We love this refrigerator! With the French doors, it feels roomy and all the extra drawers and holders in the doors help us to keep it organized. The only downside is the ice maker that takes up a bit of room in the drawer on the top left of the freezer (my reason for 4 stars).
