One issue stood out is the noise but there was no much complaint about reliability. We decided we can handle the noise as the offer was just too good to pass. It has been a week since we bought it. Never heard the noise other complaint about. It is very quiet. I have connected to water to make ice. This fridge is fantastic, quiet everything we wanted. Oh yes, I did read a review about leveling the fridge to eliminate potential noise and I did make sure the fridge is level. Overall, I love this fridge and I hope it will last......

Amazing fridge, spacious and with great temperature control. Also love the french door aspect, so nice not to have to always be leaning over to get things on the bottom shelves. Only issue with the fridge is that yes as the other reviews say, it is a bit loud at times with popping noises, but that is so minor compared to its benefits. As long as it is not right next to your bedroom it is fine. Incredible purchase!!

We spent hours looking at fridges, trying to find the ideal balance between quality, aesthetics, and price. You can't beat Samsung's reputation and technology. It has lots of space, and it's very functional. Other brands looked like they would fall apart, and yet they were more expensive. Doesn't make sense to me! This fridge was a no-brainer!

I love the look of the black stainless and it really doesn’t show fingerprints much either. The interior is spacious and everything is readily visible. Good space planning with lots of room in the doors. Everything stays cold, as it should, so overall a good product. The only issue I have with this refrigerator is the noises it sometimes makes. It’s pretty quiet most of the time but occasional knocks, pings, squeals, moans, etc. are rather odd. At times, the dog has jumped up and started barking because it does occasionally sound like a person. These sounds have been reported by many owners and it would be nice if Samsung could fix these noises. That being said, the sounds don’t usually bother me and life hasn’t been disrupted too much by them so I can live with it if Samsung doesn’t come up with a solution. One star taken off for noises. All in all, I really do like this refrigerator. Great price too.

The lighting inside is super, no dark corners. It is super quiet. You barely hear it run when all is quiet in the house .We don't use the ice maker but could hear it run until we turned it off. Love the slide back shelf, especially for tall bottles. Can stand them up instead of laying them down on a shelf or readjusting shelfs so they can stand up. Also the 3 drawers in the fridge and the one in the freezer are great, you can control the humidity in the 3 fridge drawers. The temp. is set to 37 degrees and hasn't varied 1 degree to my knowledge. My wife loves it. We got the plantinum finish so you don't see fingerprints like you do with stainless.

This has been a solid and great performer refrigerator since we bought it at the end of 2020. Had 0 problems with it, excellent delivery and customer service. Filters are reasonably priced and can get good compatibles in other sources. We are completely happy about purchasing this Samsung Refrigerator

Love this frig,but the levelers have to be reset evertime you move the frig.because it takes the wheels off the ground so you can't move it. Had a problem getting the ice maker in the freezer going. We called the service person and they came out the next day and got it up and running. The ice maker off symbol on the control panel is all but impossible to read because it is so small. Other than that, It's a great frig. Keeps everything at the right temperature, makes great ice, love the adjustable shelves and it has a lot of room.

I have only had my refrigerator about a month. I was a bit concerned when I read a review about the ice maker not keeping up with their needs. But so far my fridge makes plenty of ice never an empty ice bin! It looks beautiful and works great! Very happy with my purchase so far!

We couldn't be happier with this frige! It has so much room and just plugged it in and it works great!! Does have some strange noises sometimes, but who cares it has so much room; did I mention how much room it has?

I bought this new refrigerator because I needed something larger after getting married and finding out we were expecting twins. I read the reviews after I had purchased this refrigerator and after reading the reviews I was about to call back and cancel my order. I decided that I would make my own mind up and if I didn't like I would return. So I received the fridge over 2 weeks ago and have been nothing but happy with this item. It's very large with a lot of space, it's very quiet (and yes my bedroom is right next to my kitchen) the ice maker works perfectly (but I would suggest turning off after ice bin is full) because ice can overflow and drop down into bottom draw and freeze up. The reviews on this refrigerator are totally scary and I can't believe people have had so many problems with this unit for the price and size and design this refrigerator is the best deal on the market! Period! You can spend a lot more money but if you think you could do something with the extra $500 to a $1000 or more saving that this refrigerator will give you then buy it and buy it now... It's a great family fridge and stores a lot of grocerys and the ice in the freezer is a better then having it take up space on the door

I wanted a simple fridge without any extra gadgets, but an ice maker. This fits the bill. As some reviews state, it does make a little noise when the ice maker is cycling, but it isn’t often, and isn’t heard unless I’m in the kitchen.

I’ve had this fridge for about a month now and I really love the space/how they set up all the compartments. Being able to hold a full gallon on the door is super helpful and the fold in shelf has come in handy multiple times. You can also fit about 6 bottles of white wine on one side of the smart drawer which is great for parties. The top button controls are also pretty intuitive. In the end I’m glad I went with one without a water dispenser since I got so much more room. Now for the negatives - it’s noisy. As in much more noisy than the 12 year old fridge that I replaced. I actually thought about returning it several times because of the noise but at the end of the day getting the interior of a much more expensive fridge won out. The doors can also be a bit difficult to close - especially the side with the seal. Finally, while the size of the freezer is excellent (and it appears to make ice well) the top drawer can get a bit stuck when pulling in and out if it is weighed down. All in all I think this is a good fridge for the price (I got it on a Black Friday special) but there are definitely some tradeoffs.

Quiet. Great storage that's simple with no silly gimmicks like can holders that waste space. Ice maker works perfectly and makes smoothly shaped ice that's easy to enjoy. Great lighting. I read reviews where some people had problems with noise. Sorry that some might have this issue, but really - ours is so quiet that you have to put your ear onto the refrigerator to see if the compressor's running. (Our GE Profile that this replaced was always way louder.) Well built. Very happy with this purchase.

So far, we are very pleased with this refrigerator. We were a bit hesitant after reading a number of reviews which mentioned the very loud noises that this model made. We have not experienced that at all. In fact, this model is very quiet. It is very well designed with so much room. The lighting makes it easy to see everything on the shelves and in the crispers. I particularly like the fact that there are lights that shine inside the crispers, so that I can keep track of the produce. The ice maker works flawlessly and produces a lot of ice. The freezer bin is very spacious as well. We were also pleased with the delivery process from Best Buy.

So much room inside, with upper double doors, it's easy to access what is inside. Love the freezer ice maker, it's always full of fresh ice.

Love this fridge. It looks great in my kitchen and has plenty of room to fit everything. the shelving is adjustable and having the freezer on the bottom with the two shelves is so handy. Easier to find items.

This is my second Samsung purchase through Best Buy this year. I have had a very positive experience with both the online ordering and delivery. Not to mention the quality and value of the Samsung products. I was torn when choosing my new refrigerator because all of my other appliances are GE. I ultimately chose the Samsung for its $/inch and functionality which GE couldn't match. Thank you Best Buy for your timely and curtious delivery guys and for your quality products.

Basically, this model is the intermediate level product between two others: the lower model houses the water filter for the ice maker externally, behind the fridge, and the higher model includes a water dispenser inside of the fridge. I selected this model because I didn't want to have to pull the fridge away from the wall every time I needed to change the water filter, and I didn't want to pay extra for the water dispenser. I think it was the right decision. We've had the fridge for over a month we love it. The LED light in the fridge portion illuminates the inside well. Combined with the clear glass, spill-proof shelves, visibility is great. However, the depth of the drawers does tend to hide the rear-most items well, so those who purchase this model should check their drawers periodically to make sure you're not forgetting about untouched, hidden items (out of sight, out of mind). The freezer portion is a bit smaller than we were used to (we previously had a side-by-side), but for us, it's a good change. We've been changing out eating habits to move away of reliance on a lot of frozen foods, which has helped us to start eating healthier. On a final note, I find that not having an ice maker and/or water dispenser in the door helps to provide so much more room. We don't miss either feature.

Likes: I like the roominess of the refrigerator and freezer sections. The doors have big deep shelves that can hold plenty of jars/bottles of condiments, egg cartons, and other food items. There is an extra drawer to hold deli foods which is very wide and surprisingly roomy. The freezer has a roomy upper drawer and a deep lower section that can be divided into two separate compartments Dislikes: With all stainless steel appliances, it's a chore keeping it clean. Ice maker doesn't make a lot of ice. Though the French doors allow wider access, they do get in the way when you want to use the deli drawer. ---At this time I don't know if I can honestly recommend this to a friend. I only had the frig for 1 month. Unfortunately, I need to answer yes or no. But, if the Samsung refrigerator survives a decent amount of years, I will definitely be a loyal customer.
