From what I understand the new refrigerators are supposed to be quiet. This one has several noises that I'm not sure are normal for a fridge. Also I have the temp set to 36 in the fridge and yesterday I noticed condensation on the water bottles in the fridge but only on the top shelf. Nothing else had condensation on it. I have a thermometer in the refrigerator and that said the temp was 40 even though I have the refrigerator temp set to 36. And finally if you do not keep the freezer top drawer pushed front frost builds up in the freezer. I'm inclined to believe Samsung is aware of this issue since right on top of the freezer drawer there is a sticker that explains what to do if you are getting frost build up in the freezer.

I love how much ice this produces, very quiet and efficient.

Over all this is a great buy and a fairly quiet fridge, but every once and a while we notice a loud popping or cracking sound that sounds like a large piece of plastic breaking. I've gotten out of bed before to check to see if someone was breaking in or if my dog or kids had broken something. Now that I know it is the fridge I can stay in bed and ignore it. :)

This fridge has lots of room. The vegetable drawers are big, which we really appreciate since we do a lot of cooking from scratch. The lighting is great. My only issue is it's hard to fit taller items like OJ or wine. The folding half shelf helps. You could use the doors but we have a lot of condiments. The freezer also has a lot of space. We don't use the ice maker so we have two full drawers to utilize. It is not noisy and we've had no problems to date.

This refrigerator is spacious and looks great. The ice maker makes plenty of ice and does the job.

This refrigerator is a great size and has such convenient storage. The drawers are spacious and fit anything and everything. The outside of the refrigerator itself is super sleek as well. I would recommend this fridge to anyone in the market who is looking to invest in something of high quality. Not only is it everything I wanted and more, but the sales service at Best Buy and the delivery service to my home was exceptional!

Very nice looking refrigerator, with good space inside. Love the cool select pantry feature, except if you put too much weight in it it can get off the track and not close properly. My only issue is how noisy this refrigerator is. When it’s running you can hear it at the other end of the house. It also makes strange noises like if you are opening a bottle of soda, and tapping noises- and we do not use the ice maker, it’s not even hooked up. It’s definitely as loud as the 20 year old refrigerator we replaced if not louder.

Just received the fridge. At first glance features and product is fantastic. Opted for no water feature as my wife and I prefer a cleaner look. Within a few hours of plug in both fridge and freezer reached target temp. Fridge noise is pretty minimal and thus far has not been noticeable. There is a hinge on the freezer drawer that at first glance looked like maybe it wasn't installed properly but was reassured that it is a mechanism that actually locks and unlocks the freezer door. Still looks a little flimsy and would have preferred just a standard handle that doesn't hinge. Overall very visually appealing though was concerned that it would stick out too much compared to counter depth models but sits very nicely in our kitchen

This a beautiful frig with clean lines. I read some of the other reviews about how loud it was but I took a chance anyway. Mine is quiet. I'm not sure why some are loud, but mine does not make any loud noises at all. The inside is huge, and has some cool features like a shelf that can slide back to accommodate tall items. If you are looking for a great frig without those expensive bells and whistles you found it.

its known that all fridge makes some sort of cracking & popping sound, but this unit makes louder noise. it keeps good temperature and quite during normal use, but that cracking noise really gets to you. would recommend if you have enclosed cabinet to slide in the fridge. if its in open area, you will notice the noise. price is good and delivery svc is excellent.

The dishwasher is quiet. The icemaker in the refrigerator is noisy and the excess ice often falls to the back when the tray is full and opening the freezer door. The inside of the frig is spacious and works well. The stove is nice and works well. The microwave is loud.

We love this refrigerator! It's much larger than our old one, and being able to put so much stuff in the doors is great when you have a lot of condiments. I do have a few cons though. First, if you open your freezer very often you start to get a little frost build up. This does go away if you leave it closed for a day or so. And I wish the deli tray drawer was split in two so you didn't have to open both doors to get to it. One more thing, and it's just small, I wish there was a second collapsible shelf. That shelf is very functional and I just think both sides need one. These are very minor "cons" in the scheme of things though. Overall this is a great product!

This refrigerator is awesome! Plenty of space and moveable shelves. Love how the freezer door will close so easily! I live in an older home without water lines, so the option to not have the space taken for Water and Ice Makers is wonderful!!

Wow! This fridge is huge and has so many options to store food. Shelves move up and down easily as well as some pull out. There is a half shelf option in the middle right that i love. Also unlike my last stainless steel fridge, you can put magnets on this one. To the reviewers that wrote it makes weird noises, I have only heard the water line fill when making ice. No other unusual noises. To those that said ice falls out of the back, turn off the ice maker when full (and if a cube or two falls, I don’t consider this is a biggie.) And lastly, to someone who said the fridge easily shows fingerprints, you learn to be careful and this is a common feature of stainless steel

Like the space and the set-up. Good item for the price.

So happy with this fridge! My husband did a bit of research before selecting this one and I couldn't be happier. It has so much storage space, I love how the doors open and close quietly (our old fridge squeaked a lot) and I love how we were still able to get an ice machine in the freezer. Makes my whole kitchen feel brand new!

Have had for about month and so far so good. Read all the reviews and don't know why some are complaining about a loud bang. You do hear some popping noise when ice releases into tray but nothing so loud that it's disturbing. Great amount of room compared to my old 19cuft fridge.

We LOVE the size of this fridge. Makes me feel like a caveman for hanging onto my old one for so long. Plenty of storage, shelves, and light. Why did I wait so long?

We have been looking for different types fridge for the the past weeks. We ended up getting this instead of another which it looks likely similar to this. I just love this bcoz of all the features. It’s simple. Has an ice maker which is useful for us and then the inside is very spacious. The people who helped us in the store made us understand a lot of things when purchasing an appliance like this. I love that she took time with us and walk us through with everything that we need. We have total tech so it’s really a helpful one too. And bcoz of helpful people and the services I will always love buying from Best Buy.

Very nice fridge. The lighting is excellent inside, you can see everything and the shelving is perfect. Love the bottom freezer and the ice maker. It does make lots of ice so need to turn if off sometimes. love this fridge!
