This fridge is awesome! I was initially looking at a different model but purchased this one on sale and I'm so happy I did! Operates wonderfully and I don't have any issues with it at all. I do wish it would ward off fingerprints a bit more but the fridge itself is great.

I love the space provided as well as it being sub zero along with stain resistant. However my kitchen is small and I can’t quite open up my door on the right side all the way due to the wall space. I still love my new refrigerator!

It is very roomy, and its nice to be able to remove shelves to clean it when spills occur. The freezer on the bottom is really nice too because you have plenty of space. I also enjoy knowing this thing is energy star. It barely cost anything to run.

I was weary of buying Samsung appliances due to the reputation they have for not working and their availability in outlet stores. This refrigerator has proven to be very nice looking and Flawless in the short time I have had it.

The refrigerator works great except a part that helps roll the trays in the freezer fell off and we tried several times to reattach it. I have yet to hear back from anyone on how to fix this. So still waiting...

Good communication after purchase right through scheduled delivery which happened right on time. Two delivery people were polite, professional with quick out of the box delivery right where I wanted it.

We have had this fridge for about a week and love it. It is the first thing people notice in our new home and I have received many compliments on it.

The employee that helped us was very nice unlike the manager of that department Norma who is very rude. Luckily this time it was someone else I should of got her name. Also the delivery guys were nice also.

We bought all new Samsung appliances and opted for this slightly cheaper fridge. Its huge and works great, but the drawers are a little cheap and don't track great.

Love the fridge but there was somethings that before I purchased I wish I did some research on it. One being it wasn’t large enough to fit a lot of food especially when you tend to love to have you fridge fully stock which I do you can’t more than 4 milks and drinks unless you lay then flat so on. Second You have to replace the water replace the water filter which again if I did research on this fridge I wouldn’t have bought it. Overall it’s great fridge the freezer part is deep enough to hold freezer items..

I like everything about my Samsung refrigerator.I’m glad I changed my mind and decided to get the Black Stainless Steel model.It’s a beautiful refrigerator!It keeps our food nice and cold

I’m in love with this beautiful refrigerator! It’s awesome much more space, compared to the one I had side by side. I like the fact that door stays in place and that makes it easy peasy for my kids.

I actually really like this refrigerator I think it fits almost anything I need into the refrigerator section I do not like the freezer set up so much just the bending over factor of going into the freezer

i bought these fridge for my parents and it looks great in stainless steal, only problem is the hand prints show but it easy to clean with special cleaner. do not use water it will create scratches

Love everything about frig EXCEPT DOOR CLOSING. Must push HARD to close top double doors, causes items on door shelves to ajar. At lease there is an alarm to let you know when it is not shut fully.

I've had this fridge for about 6 months and no problems, works great!! Wanted a fridge without the water on the door so the kids wouldn't make the mess they were with the last one and this fit the bill.

The fridge is excellent for its price. Need more room for items like Gallon of milk, soda bottles, juice carton, etc... there isn't must space once you fold the middle tray. The fridge overall is super quiet.

Had to purchase a new fridge due to the old one dying. Knew I wanted a Samsung but went with a better model than originally planned on and love it so far. The LED lighting is very nice and it is a good size upgrade over what we had. No complaints!!

Great refrigerator bought it to replace Frigidaire because it stopped making ice a year after purchase !! Was never a fan of Samsung I changed my mind switching all my appliances to Samsung one at a time !!!

First had dent in door refused had to wait to June 8th . This one had a scratch on top of freezer draw. Was given misleading info from geek squad on compensation not overly happy .
