The refrigerator has big wide shelves that I love. We were able to fit the thanksgiving turkey on a shelf without any trouble. I love the bottom freezer drawers also. So much space and it keeps a constant temperature. Love it.

This is a wonderful refrigerator! The bottom freezer is really cold, and the two doots for the fridge are handy, and the snack drawer can slide out even if both doors are not fully open to their widest!

This refrigerator is so big inside and very well lit. It has nice crisper drawers and on tray drawer that I'm in love with. The black stainless is gorgeous, one of the prettiest out there.

Great size, love the French door feature. Ice maker is fast. Only complaint is shelf spacing is not great for soda bottles, other than that it’s perfect.

Great for the price the 3 drawers are useful and the water dispenser in side is awesome doesn't take up any space unlike the others that take up the whole inside door more than happy

Very nice quality and excellent delivery, we purchased this item after going to Lowe’s and finding the same item on clearance and then finding cheaper at Best Buy

Looks really nice Don’t like that u have shut off main water valve to change filter. Should have put a valve inside so u don’t have to move it.

Great fridge for the money. Not sure if I like having to open both doors though to get to the deli drawer .. something to get used to I guess.

I selected this refrigerator after checking out several different ones. I am very pleased with the capacity and interior setup. The stainless steel doesn't show the marks as badly as I thought it would

The product arrived with multiple damages that, after weeks of working with the local Best Buy store, have not yet been addressed.

Research this fridge for my mother-in-law who purchased the product. Every single time we closed the fridge door after opening it there was humming/whooshing sound. I have an LG fridge of similar size/design and it never made this sound. We called a technician and after being on hold for forever, we finally got an appointment for a Tuesday. They didn't show up and when we called back they said what are you talking about there's nothing in here that says an appointment was made. Even though we had a confirmation. Finally we got an appointment for Friday. They gave a 2-hour window from 3-5 pm for when they were going to be there. Guy didn't show up until well after 5. We had to leave to pick up our kids from school/daycare so we weren't home when technician came. After complaining about it technician came back at 7 pm and finally did the work to replace the part. Just awful experience overall. I did the work of researching the fridge and selected this one. A failure on my part.

Excellent and large refrigerator! Good for a large family although the filter change needs to be changed often.

Samsung produces a beautiful looking refrigerator with ample capacity but the operating noise is louder than expected.

So far this fridge has been amazing. Huge storage space for both fridge and freezer. I definitely recommend this huge fridge for any size family!

Very nice features without front door water or ice. For rentals less mechanical is better. Bought on the internet and was delivered no problems.

Scratch and big sound. Really uncomfortablewith sound.

The quality is good, fits our needs, and you can't beat the price. It was delivered on time and the crew was very accommodating.

I have had mine for a couple years without issues. It has a great layout and holds a large amount of items. Being able to control temp in different areas is nice

Works well except it arrived with a broken drawer. Even though we paid for installation and protection they did not replace the drawer for us.
