Took several repair appointments to finally have the problem resolved. New door was ordered. Now both doors stay open when they should.

The pantry temperature light was flashing incessantly. It took seven days later for them to deliver another one. I think Samsung designs great UHD 4K televisions and they should stick to that. Also the fridge makes clicking noises like a dropped pebble "click". I'm very disappointed with such an expensive purchase. If I recommended this product to a friend then the relationship is over.

Water under the deli tray and very loud.

It makes the strangest noises. Loud cracking noises. Now tonight I discovered water under the deli tray. Apparently this is an issue that Samsung knows but has never solved or bothered to fix the problem. There is a drain line that freezes and cause water to drip under the deli tray. No more Samsung for me.
