Fridge works as it should no issues. Gets really cold on both freezer and fridge temp is adjustable

I’ve had this fridge for a little over a year now. Functionally works great. Does what it’s supposed to. Other than the fact that replacement water filters are $40 which is outrageous. Except for today when the fridge all of the sudden decides it doesn’t want to keep temperature. Almost all the stuff in my freezer thawed out. Just went grocery shopping. Went to the online support did everything it says. It wasn’t throwing any error codes so I figure easy fix. It’s been almost 10 hours and my fridge hasn’t even gotten any colder. I know it says it can take 28 hours. But wouldn’t it at least get a little colder? I had nothing but issues with Samsung appliances. Bought a washer and dryer that I exhausted a 5 year warranty for a dryer issue. And Samsung tech notions are able to charge “at their discretion” according to Samsung support. Never again.

So far this is a Great Fridge! I would recommend this to anyone. Only issue, the stainless steel does attract smudges

Got this fridge to match all our samsung tech in the house. My girl loves it. Water filter is amazing we tested the water that the fridge puts out and it's comparable to a brita water filter. The ice maker is crazy good drops ice every 5 min. 4 stars overall woulda been five but it scratches sooooo easily very hard to keep smudge free.
