Love our fridge, the space, the screen, all of it.

The fridge was easy to setup, it took longer to download the apps and connect accounts more than anything. We went from a LG french door to the side by side; which seems backwards but for our family it is easier to see all the contents of the freezer items and have less waste. My 13 year old loves to doodle on the fridge, make notes for everyone and the photo slideshow is fun for everyone. Anyone that has come by really likes that feature. The only reason I gave it a 4 rating was I feel the design of the water and ice maker is a little off. You have to get the right tilt and size glass or you will have issues. Other than that I love this fridge!

We have had this fridge for a month now, and I only have two complaints while everything else about it is pretty awesome. I wish there was a light in the drink area so I could see how full my cup is getting without turning on the overhead light. Second, the ice maker cannot keep up with multiple people in the house, so I had to purchase additional ice trays to make up the difference. The fridge itself is sturdy, as are the shelves and the door holders. It is easy to clean the places where people grab it to open it. I am pleased with this fridge overall.

Nice cold section. I have more storage than my previous whirlpool fridge. Although the overall cubic is smaller, it is more than enough. One thing I wish it has a led light for
ice and water dispenser. Also the water from the dispenser is not cold. Regarding the oversize android tablet is quite nice. However, they Amazon and Samsung disabled the reorder fridge's part directly from the Amazon site. What a bummer. I am hoping it will still notify me the estimated expiration date of the water filter. Overall it is still a nice fridge. I bought it together a range and microwave as a set.

My only complaint is there is no instruction booklet on how to use the Touch-Screen Family Hub. This is a big flaw. I have Total Tech and since I'm handicapped I'm thinking about asking a technician to come and explain how to use the screen. The fridge is great. You do have to get used to how to hold a glass for getting ice so as to avoid it spitting at you.

It looks good for me. I like it because it is significant and has more space to store my food and drinks. It is cold enough for me. I like the touch screen. The sound is not that good, but there are a lot of recipes I can use and learn to cook. Now I enjoy my cooking and am happy to buy more food.

This things amazing, my girl won’t leave it alone. Loves listening to you tube, and I know, who needs a a tablet on their fridge door, we sure dint, but the experience is different and amazing. My dad couldn’t get over it! I think he fell in love with it the most. It tracks your electricity usage. It’s just pretty cool and fun to have.
The refrigerator is fantastic, the service was not

I am giving 5 stars to the product. The service I received during the delivery and afterward was unfortunately terrible. Back to fridge. I love it so much! It looks nice, it works as expected and I love being able to play music while I cook and make grocery lists right on the fridge.

It has only been a few weeks since I purchased the "Samsung - 26.7 Cu. Ft. Side-by-Side Refrigerator with 21.5" Touch-Screen Family Hub - Stainless steel" and so far, so good.
Likes: It's VERY quiet. It's spacious -my previous fridge was the same size but this one has more room inside. The screen makes things convenient and informative. Fingerprints and smudges wipe off easily.
Dislikes: So far, the only thing over noticed is the crisper drawers freeze their contents. It seems that the fridge compartment is warmer at the top than the bottom (we don't open the door a whole lot, either). I thought one of the advertised features was "even" cooling. I started at the 37° default and gradually increased the temp to 40° before my lettuce, etc stopped freezing. But then the stuff on the top shelf seemed a little too warm. So I have it at 38° and will just live with it like that. Note that I live in a low humidity region.
Other notes: No problem with the ice maker (I've read some reviews that complained about it). It filled its storage overnight on the first night and keeps up with our demand for ice - which isn't a lot... maybe 20 to 30 cubes per day - without a problem. The ice storage is full every time I check it. If you're used to a fridge with door handles, you'll have to get used to opening the doors with the opposite hand. That is, open the left door with the right hand, and the right door with the left hand. Even though it's been the weeks, I still reach for handles that aren't there :)
Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase.

So glad we purchased this fridge! It has worked great! The freezer works great as long as you don’t pack it full and cover the vents. The screen is awesome and the speaker sounds great! Being able to play music and videos is just a bonus! Having photos saved as my screen saver is another bonus! Overall it’s a great fridge and I’m so happy we purchased this one!

We’ve had mixed experiences with this refrigerator. Functionally, it works well and meets our needs. However, as with any appliance that includes a built-in screen, cleaning it can be a hassle — you constantly have to wipe it down, and it easily collects fingerprints and smudges.
Our first unit arrived with visible scratches, but to the company’s credit, they replaced it promptly without any issues. Unfortunately, the second unit had problems with the voice assistant (Bixby), which wasn’t properly connected. A technician came out and advised us to request another replacement, since fixing the screen would require disassembling it and could lead to more scratches.
The third unit seems to be working fine so far, but we still have concerns. For a brand-new appliance to already have issues with the voice assistant or software updates is a bit worrying. And the repeated process of having to remove all food, wait for replacement, and reinstall everything is not something we’d want to go through again.
Overall, while the refrigerator performs well, the experience has been frustrating. We hope this last unit holds up without further complications.
