Pros: Great looking fridge, you can fit a lot in both the fridge and freezer, the lighting is great, everything seems to stay evenly cold, it’s neat to be able to view our photos on the front screen, play music, etc. Cons: Ice Maker is VERY slow, there is no light for the ice/water dispenser, the shelves are not adjustable so tall things only fit on certain shelves, the camera doesn’t move when you use the view inside option so that feature is useless.

Like the ring integration, ample space but might not fit a frozen pizza but works great.

Having this Samsung side by side for approximately four weeks, thus far, it has performed well. There is plenty of room in both the fridge and the freezer. In addition, we have really enjoyed the Smart Hub. It is a wonderful place to leave messages, check a calendar, and use a variety of apps. We have enjoyed watching the news in the morning while eating breakfast. Also, the fridge is well lighted and the ice maker works well. The delivery and take away provided by Best Buy was efficient and the crew was very professional.

Absolutely love this fridge. Stays at the perfect temperature and have never had issues with the touch screen, nothing like making dinner with Pandora music playing.

A great product. I enjoy it a lor. getting a drink and listen to news or your favorite show or your favorite song is great. My friend were pretty impressed about that feature.

The employees who delivered and set up the fridge were very professional, courtesy, and pleasant to work with. The customer service I have received is excellent. The fridge is high quality, the only feedback is there is no light on the water dispenser and the freezer doesn’t make a lot of ice

The refrigerator is very nice, not yet configured all the capabilities but works very well, the only issue is that the ice, even it is in whole, it crushes it. That’s why I don’t give 5 stars I love smart devices

Ive had this refrigerator for almost 2months. Inside is very spacious...Inside light is bright...you can lock the dispensary part for little hand. Kids can have fun on the tablet part...no complaints as of yet

It just looks awsome in the house. The family hub features are cool to have and there is plenty of space. Only complaints would be the speaker sounds muffled i you play any music and the ice maker messes up from time to time.

Fridge is nice and touch screen is nice but the speaker is just ok. Also, wish the freezer was alittle bigger.

We were on the same Refrigerator for almost 15 years and it was time for a new one. I never realized how bad our old fridge was until we bought this new bad boy. We were browsing Refridgerators for about two weeks when we ran into this sweet deal. This fridge is by far something out of a Tech Movie. The fridge has so much space in it and the freezer gets nice and cold. The only thing I'm having trouble with is uploading pictures to the fridge using my external hard drive. I guess I was looking for a way to drag and drop. This has got to be the best purchase I've made so far for my home/kitchen and my kids love it.

My family loves this fridge too. My 14 year old loves the touch screen and has been having a lot of fun with it. The fridge works great, and I really appreciate the spacing of the shelves allows me to see all the way to the back of each shelf. I couldn't see towards the back of the fridge with my old side-by-side and that resulted in stuff getting pushed back there and forgot about. So far, I haven't had that issue at all with this fridge. We were a bit disappointed that we can't link our icalendars with the fridge's calendar. You have to use a google calendar to be able to link to the fridge. We were under the impression that we could link our phones to the fridge.

Coming from a smaller side by side, this is great! Lots of room in both sides. The touch screen was easy to set up with wi-fi. I also like that i can see inside with my phone while at the store
