I've had this fridge for about 2 months. Its operating well. Fits well in the space. Installers did a nice job with delivery and set-up.

I loved that's beautiful, whit lot space, only i have one problem The Lady Andrea, she cancel my guarantee an aI want my 2 years guarantee.

Not only is it very presentable, but it’s pushing strong without any problems for almost two years. The smart capabilities are useful but more of you have a Samsung phone (I have an iPhone)

Great fridge. Ice maker works maybe not as fast as Im accustomed to. This model makes one tray of ice every 90 minutes unless power freeze is on then its every 60. Definitely an improvement over the first smart fridge samsung released.

It plays beautiful soft music when the doors open to long so nice Shows me rhe weather live and social media I love jt

Open box buy. The video screen is just for looks and the whole fridge looks amazing! For $999 it was worth the money.

We had frigidaire French door and it had a stain in the back not anymore working. We purchased this item to fit the old fridge place. I must admit I like it very much. The interface sometimes is confusing but when you get use to it, then it won’t be an issue. Works perfectly so far.

Aesthetically appealing in my kitchen!!!! Love the family hub!! My experience with purchasing at Best Buy was great per the usual. We chose to pick up at the Best Buy warehouse in Ontario.

I really like all the perks of the fridge helping out as a digital calendar, and multi media player.

The tablet sometimes needs to be reset and I am having problems setting up the Family Hub, but I think it is user error! Very happy with our purchase though and the fuctions of the fridge/freezer

We love this Fridge and all the the upgrades it offers. This is our 2nd model we've purchased.

The refrigerator has worked flawlessly since it was delivered. I like the shopping list, pictures and calendar features with the family hub...very useful. I selected this model over the French door ones since I saw all the bad reports with the ice maker freezing in them. Since the ice maker is in the freezer in the side by side model, I don't expect to see the same problems. Price is a bit high, same fridge without the family hub about $800 less.

Overall the fridge is a great option the only issues that i have would be the lack of more shelving for the fridge side and no light for the water/ ice dispenser, but that can be worked around.

Love this smart fridge. Features are really cool. It’s like having a mini tv in your kitchen. Fridge itself is very spacious and functional. Definitely recommend 10/10

If you use Amazon Alexa in any capacity - do it elsewhere or do not buy this fridge. Hardware wise, the refrigerator is good - but so are a lot of fridges. We bought this for the screen and Amazon Alexa capability. However, I have to restart the operating system via settings up to 2 or 3 times A DAY because the software just stops working. We have had this fridge for several years now and I 100% wish I would have bought something else. Samsung is phenomenal with hardware but they just can never seem to get software right. I can't even get it to pair correctly with SmartThings and my Galaxy S22 Ultra. Again, great fridge - just save yourself the money and buy one without the screen and software or don't buy Samsung.

The fridge is very entertaining! The ice machine is perfect. It would have been great if there’s a light by the water/ice dispenser when using it.

Love this refrigerater! It was really a n amazing buy! It does so much! I can actually see inside the refrig when I go to the store! It keeps items fresh!
