I loved it when I saw it in stop and love it even more now that I have it at home

Love my fridge, specially the smarthub. The kids enjoy all the features it brings. No complaints so far.

Best Buy worked fast on getting me my fridge the next day as they knew my old one was no longer working. The delivery team was clean and professional. Overall the smart hub features have been convenient for the entire family. My wife and I prefer the double door vs French doors. It provides a lot more space for both freezer and fridge areas.

We like this refrigerator a lot. Our old fridge had the freezer on the bottom. This new one makes it easier to see what we have in the freezer. Also the screen on the front has a lot of options we can use.

I purchased this refrigerator on June 3rd 2023 and by 8/15/2024 the refrigerator stopped making ice and continued to say the freezer and refrigerator temperature is reading unusually high, all of my food spoiled and had to throw it away, i researched trouble shooting videos and found one that showed me how to force thaw it through the engineer mode, that seemed to work and the refrigerator was back to normal that is until January of 2025 where it stopped cooling completely had to get a technician to come over and diagnose it, he came to the conclusion it had a faulty control board, ordered me a new one and installed it, that fixed the problem until 6/5/2025 where once again it stopped making ice and stopped cooling!!! I have the warranty from thw repairs done the last time and once again the technician determine the comtrol board went bad on it. This has been by far the worse refrigerator i have evwr owned no more samsung producta for me.

This is so much more than just a refrigerator. I've always wanted a TV in my kitchen, but I didn't have an ideal place to put one. Problem solved!

The refridge is really nice and useful.The same thing you can do on a phone ia the same thing that you can do on the refridgerator.You can check emails, downloads apps like Alexa.It does everything. If you try to turn the music all the way up it may sound a little blurry.

Very nice, exactly what I needed and the touch screen is super fun.

Very Good product, has a great space and we love that we can use the exterior tablet display to entertain us, while we are at the kitchen.

Very good fridge. It keeps things cold and frozen. It was easy to install. The tablet is what brought me in. Thought it would be a gimic at first. But puting the family calendar on it along with writing notes with the white board. Quickly becoming a key part of our daily lives.

I like this refrigerator better than expected. The shelving placement is well organized and we haven't had any issues with the appliance.

Very nice appliance! 26.7cu ft. Built in tablet is wonderful, never would of thought the day would come to where Im able to see insde my refrigerator outside of my residence!

This fridge is surprisingly large. There shelves are a lot deeper than they look allowing for a large pizza box to fit.
