Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Product overall was nice and satisfied with the refrigerator, giving one star not on product but because of Best Buy overall handling of delivery and installation as got the delivery of Refrigerator after 4th attempt and after one month of original order date, first 3 attempts failed because of 3rd party vendors and installers lack of customer service skills Best Buy use and the way they handled the situation instead of finding the right solution for customers, when I received the refrigerator I saw 3 or 4 ding spots on front door of refrigerator and when called customer service they couldn't do anything about it, also spent extra few hundred dollars in plumbing to have water line installed they way installers wanted to make the installation successful which was not necessary if not for Best Buy Installers

Other then that it's a very good product...i love it...

Great but no light on the dispenser

I had to keep checking for it to come in stock as it appears hugely popular. The good stuff can be read in al the other reviews. I deduct 1 star for a few flaws. 1) The ice box capacity is too small 2) there is NO light on the water dispenser so filling up at night is challenging. You must turn on the kitchen lights. This seems to be a HUGE design miss 3) The water/ice spout is much more forward then you expect making it mostly impossible to activate the water/ice with your coup and have it filled. Instead you will need to use your finger to activate while pulling the cup forward. Other than that I believe most will love this appliance.
