We returned this refrigerator mainly because it was too big for our space. We swapped it out for the counter depth one. We had issues with the ice maker on both units. Samsung came out a few days ago and replaced the entire ice maker. Other than that the counter depth unit has worked for us.

The fridge was great for about ten minutes until the screen broke while setting it up. The temperature settings for this model can only be controlled using the screen so when that broke during the initial setup I couldn’t adjust the temperature from whatever the default settings were which was too high to keep my food at the proper temperature. I called Best Buy to try to either get the fridge repaired immediately, replaced immediately or to have the delivery drivers return the fridge they took and it’s been 4 days of being told sorry there isn’t anything we can do until the fridge is back in stock. My food has all gone bad by this point and Best Buy still has not been able to do anything for me. A fridge that I was very excited about getting has turned into a nightmare that is still going on. I’ve been sitting on hold for over an hour as I am writing this because I just keep being transferred around between departments with no one attempting to do anything to rectify the situation. Learn from my mistake, don’t count on best buy to do anything to help you if there’s a problem with your new fridge, save your old one until your sure there are no problems with the new one.

I really like my fridge and enjoy the photos. I switched from another brand because I kept having issues hoping for a better experience and so far so good.

Very large fridge with tons of space. My son loves the interactive touch screen, where he can draw, listen to music and check the calendar. So far it’s great!
