Have already had 2 ice maker repairs within 6 months of buying. Bottom shelf also freezes food and tech told me it’s normal. Samsung seems to have many issues with appliances.

Nice looking appliance. Having a touchscreen refrigerator is convenient and fun to look up recipes and listen to music while cooking. My only issues are the ice maker getting jammed and the crushed ice not dispensing, the 3rd shelf in the freezer was not delivered, and the water dispenser drips.

All the same style of Refrigerators were about double the price and we are glad to again purchase another Samsung product. We have not been disappointed and still learning it's Smart tech abilities.

Only a month. Loving it already! I am a TotalTech customer. While replacing it, water seal broke and charged me $150 . Not happy about that. Did complain but no result yet.

Overall great experience the tech misjudged the opening and the doors had minor scratches but its was handled pretty quickly Frigde was replaced the next week.

Have always had good luck with Samsung appliances. Unfortunately on recent move we bought new Samsung washer, dryer and refridge. Very disappointed with the Samsung refridge. The feezer side works fine but unfortunately the refrige side acts like a freezer as well. Have followed manual and have raised temp to 44 degrees but still temperature still 32.7 degrees. Have lost all food on refridge side as it is frozen and still waiting for Best Buy to come out and repair it. More to come whenever we can get someone out to repair it.

Very nice features and looks great in my kitchen. I have a smaller space so the depth was perfect without February handles. The handle-less design not only saved on space but looked sleek and modern. Everything else functions as expected.

Love my new fridge, only thing I have a problem with is that I can’t get it to connect to my wifi great to be able to look inside it on my iPhone, and I do have a great connection with my internet on iPhone…..
