The Samsung refrigerator is great!! It’s very spacious and the black stainless steel color is really nice... Upon delivery, we noticed the refrigerator was slightly damage but Best Buy made it right immediately... Also, the Geek Squad delivery team was extremely professional... Got give it to Best Buy, they’ve really stepped up their game...

I absolutely love everything about this refrigerator except the icemaker. For a family of 5 it does not keep up with icemaking. I love the display unit on the fridge and being able to see inside while not home however inside view is not the best. I keep the main items on the visible shelfs.

Started great loved the hub but after a month the refrigerator started to freeze . My fresh food was ruined

DO NOT BUY THIS! 6 months and already having issues with it freezing produce and Ice maker takes days to fill! Samsung said our factory warranty was completely useless bc we had a hairline crack in a condiment shelf that had nothing to do with the problem and that cancels the warranty just for a cosmetic flaw in a plastic shelf! BUYER BEWARE! This is how they keep from making any repairs even when its under warranty. Also has no cheese/meat drawer and thats hard to get used to and no light on the water dispenser. All around a bad product and even worse company! BUY ANOTHER BRAND!
