I just purchased this side-by-side refrigerator by Samsung with the family hub in the beginning of June 2020 it is now the beginning of July 2020 and so far this refrigerator is good the only thing that I don't like too much is the fact that the shelves in the refrigerator and the freezer cannot be moved and on my old unit I had more drawers. the water dispenser drips water after use.

Was not happy with this product, the water dispenser has no light and splashes everywhere. We had to sell it not even a year later and get a new one. No space truky for anything to fit

We love the fingerprint free material. The hub is convenient especially in our family kitchen area does just about everything a regular tablet can do. I am Still playing with it to learn all of its functions. Between the notes, camera, recipes, music, videos, an Bluetooth capability this refrigerator is amazing!

The refrigerator is great except for one thing. Who in their infinite wisdom decided not to install a light at the water / ice dispenser. Totally unusable at night and very poor design. They should design lights into the dispensing area that are switchable.

Looked nice looks cool looking screen but as an amazon echo substitute it is HORRIBLE sound is intolerably muffled and tinny even just to ask the weather. So would not recommend until they massively improve soeskers, had to return it. Also came with several dents and scratches.

I purchased this model because of its Smart capabilities. I was unable to connect and sync to the Family Hub App & Smart Things App after multiple attempts even though the router was literally a few feet away. Since its a rental property, I purchased the fridge due to the Smart capabilities for ease of maintenance. I contacted Samsung directly for troubleshooting. The recommended steps I had already attempted many times with no success.

Setting up the HUB was a pain in the neck. It took way too long; the unit should have come with better setup instructions. Overall it is OK, nothing earth-shattering.

Wow the only thing wrong with this refrigerator is the ice and water sucks. No light there ice makes a mess when trying to fill a glass
