The amount storage makes it so easy to find what your looking for. The Samsung smart platform is awesome to have in the kitchen...everything is at your fingertips, music, recipes, grocery list. The features are amazing and easy to use. If you have ring doorbells in your home, this fridge is a must. The fridge alerts you when someone is ringing. Many more things you can do with this fridge as well.

They refused to install the refrigerator because our waterline was made of copper; in fact they would not even bring the unit into our kitchen! A month later, we're **still** fighting with Best Buy to get a full refund.

Buyer Beware of product and Geek Squad Service

Water dispenser constantly drips, family hub center started malfunctioning immediately after set-up. Was told geek squad would come out to fix right away, 6 days later they came out and couldn’t fix saying they had to order computer part. Made appointment for 1 week later only to call me 1hr before arrival time to say piece is on back order and won’t be in for over a month.

I enjoy the gadgetry (what man wouldn't) and the sleek look. Two small items that keep me from giving it a 5: 1) no light for the water or ice dispenser. 2) The screen gets smudged pretty easily. Other than that, seems like a pretty good purchase.

Initially the bigger one is our choice but we ended up on this because the space in the house doesn't permit. The only bad side about it is the delivery service. It arrived with dent on the side. But overall.. its good.
