I never knew why I would need a fridge with the screen in it. Now I don't think I could go without one. Tons of space and keeps things perfectly cooled. Love my samsung products. The speakers on the fridge are actually pretty awesome also.

The water and ice cube dispenser does not work. Otherwise, everything else works well. The Best Buy staff was excellent/very helpful/very knowledgeable and the Best Buy installation and repair was equally up to the task.

Love the Fridge but they updated the screen, it become a little hard to use.

Have had a little over a year and the screen has already gone out and i have to slide the fridge out, unplug it and plug it back in and this last for about a day before it goes out again. Also, No light at icemaker or water so hard to see in middle of night.

The only way to change the filter is to turn off the main house line or move the refrigerator in order to reach the shut off on the water line. I tried replacing the filter without shutting off the water and at least 4 gallons came rushing out before I got the old one pushed back in. Very poor design. The hub is okay but cumbersome to use. It also talks or plays music when it wants to or hears something on TV

I have had this refrigerator for exactly two years. The ice maker is broke and now the refrigerator! Get a Warranty you gone need it

It is a good refrigerator but it was nicer if had 2 cameras. You can’t see the lower half of the fridge.
In freezer side, was nice if you could use your hand to get ice from ice compartment.
