Bought this product a few years ago . Computer board broke a few days ago. Estimate to purchase a new computer board is $500. That one pary isnt covered by any warranty . Fridge cant work if the computer board is broke. Ice make is loud and doesnt make good ice either . Really dont need the I-Spy Alexa . Will never buy another fridge with any extra like an Alexa . 3 years and the key component the computer board goes out. So disappointed about Samsung meant quality. We were wrong . Pretty much anything else on the fridge was covered by our warranty but key thing . So they Samsung know then that part is faulty . Will go GE or one of the other brands whove been making fridges for decades . We dont even buy their TVs . Sony gets that business . Look at other brands . Its gonna cost us close ro a $1000 to fix it . 75% of todays cost .

Excellent product but first one was damaged in shipping, and the screen stopped working after delivery but the geeksquad was excellent in servicing it as quickly as they could get parts for it

Purchased from Home Depot as they haven't ghosted me for near two years and denied me the ability to purchase a graphics card. If you're going to be the only distributor of Nvidia reference cards then you should make sure you get it right, and BestBuy hasn't.

Recently released TIZEN 6.0 is being distributed to these refrigerators. The companion Family Hub app is no longer supported. Picture Gallery is gone. Streaming is not consistent. App providers are abandoning the platform. Calendar syncing is much more difficult when it works. Recipes are provided through just ONE app. Internet access through TIZEN's web browser has broken many features that worked SOME with OS 5.0. Another major voice assistant is a dominant component. You CAN'T uninstall it. Support at SmartThings has no fixes or workarounds. If you but one and it has TIZEN OS 5.0, think long and hard before you apply an update.

Do not buy. Samsung appliances, and best buy, are awful. Best Buy will sell you the product and not stand behind their choice to be a Samsung retailer or behind you as a customer. False advertising

I left samsung years ago because they do not support their product. I recently ourchased the fridge after reading it is compatable with ios. No it isn’t! The app that use to link the two brands is discontinued. There is no link between any iphone or apple app and the fridge. False advertising and NO customer support. Never buying samsung again.

SO tired of having to constantly defrost the icemaker!
Why hasn’t Samsung been able to design an icemaker that doesnt require defrosting every two weeks? Other refrigerator makers are able to do so!

Samsung's ice makers are designed to stop when they're full. There are two methods for this: either an optical sensor or a mechanical arm, which detects when ice has piled high enough. If your ice maker won't stop making ice, it means ice is not piling high enough to reach the sensor or arm, typically because the ice bucket is not in the proper position.

I will never buy any Samsung products ever again. Got this fridge and the freezer when out within the first year. Bought the dishwasher and that also had problems within the first year. Three years in with my washer and that is having balancing problems. Don’t buy Samsung try another product.
