    The first year it worked fine and after that the ice machine started getting jammed. It leaks all day Drips at a time down onto my hard wood flooring. Samsung won’t replace it and there is a class action lawsuit going on ...but no word yet if it will even get replaced. Do your homework on these before buying. Also the freezer compartment is so small at the bottom (wouldn’t recommend) if you have a big family . If you do purchase you will end up needing a deep freezer as well for extra storage...

    Have had refrigerator for a month, no problems thus far. Previous Samsung fridge stopped freezing and cooling at 16 months. Recommend buying extended warranty on all appliances that are manufactured in this day and time. Best Buy has best extended warranties.
