I loved this refrigerator since the first time that I saw it in the store. The blue shelves really captured my eye inside the store among the billions of other fridges. There is a lot of room inside and the shelves are adjustable for tall items. The Food ShowCase door is awesome! Its much more convenient to have common items easier to access and not being required to open the entire door. There is a button that you press on the handle that will open the door as opposed to pulling the handle to open the entire door. The middle Flex door is perfect for storing drinks. We typically leave it at the coolest setting and it keeps our drinks so cold to the point of almost freezing, it's great! The bottom freezer has lots of storage too. Here are my cons: the shelves within the non-ShowCase door are very small and we are unable to leave much there. I typically put condiments/ jars into the ShowCase door which adds to the easily accessible items. The ice maker isn't the greatest, even though I have it set to dispense cubes, I still get pieces of ice everywhere. For some reason, the plastic grill to set the glass on to get water was missing but we are able to manage without it. I'm sure its a quick call to Samsung to replace it. Those are very minimal and my no means takes away from the awesomeness of the fridge! #RebuildforLindsay

I've had the refrigerator a little over a month now - the black stainless is a beautiful finish. I love the door in door feature to grab a coke or the milk. And the 4th drawer has worked well. I'm not wasting as many fruits and vegetables as I can see what I have. The freezer holds a lot and it's easy to see what is available. The only item I have had any issue with is that the vertical hinged section on the left door sometimes hits against the right door if I don't pay attention while closing.

I have been considering a new refrigerator for about 1 year. I have researched this Samsung extensively, including reading many, many reviews. I have had the unit for about 3 weeks and I could not be happier. It looks great! The contents are very accessible and easy to organize. It holds much more than my previous side by side. I was actually able to consolidate the contents of my spare fridge into the Samsung as well. Food stays fresh and the water and ice taste great. I have even quit using my Brita filtered water pitcher. It is also very quiet. You can't go wrong with this one!

I purchased this fridge about 3 months ago. The delivery and setup was perfect. They unwrapped the fridge (took all the junk with them), brought it in and hooked it up to the existing waterline. I inspected it inside and out - PERFECT ! No dings or scratches. They went over the workings, settings and general usage of the different elements. It is a beaut of an appliance. I enjoy the fresh water and ice whenever I want it. It was worth the little extra for the door-in-door. That saves electricity for I don't have to open a full door to get the most common items, as does the 'Deli Drawer' as I call it for that's what I use it for. The freezer is HUGE. No more sweating dropping something frozen from a top freezer on to my toes. I don't hear popping sounds like others complain about - maybe they didn't rinse and remove all air from their waterlines before hooking them up. Regardless of others complaints - I am thoroughly satisfied with this purchase. I did purchase the 3 year plan also.

Great capacity, build to please the consumer, very efficient in term of electricity, the flex drawer is great, me had opportunities to test it in different temperatures and it work great, the ice machine could be bigger but I guess you cannot have everything, the items was reduced in price and I received the price matched of $850 dollar without a problem. Overall a great buying experience.
