Most features are good. Professional installation team. Ice maker needs improvement.

We have had our fridge for almost 2 years now. The ice maker is a constant problem. It leaks and then freezes up so monthly or bi-weekly we have to empty the ice maker and scrape all the refrozen water off of the base of the ice container. We are a two adult household and I find the storage in this fridge problematic. I have moved the shelves multiple times trying to figure out how to make it work. I think if the ice maker wasn't in the door it would work, but I couldn't possibly give up any space in the freezer. We used to live in a city and therefore we ate out more often and grocery shopped more often, so maybe our issue is that we have too much food in the house, but I can't seem to figure out why this fridge has not worked well for us.

The door in door feature lets you get often used items out while letting very little of your cold air out.

I bought a floor model that has a few scratches but I got a great deal, and I love all the space it has.

This fridge looks beautiful and it's very quiet. It's very roomy and handy. I would recommend this fridge to anyone.

I love all the room and storage this refrigerator has. Easy access to drinks helps so much when you're in a hurry!

Works great! Looks good! A little worried about the issues with ice makers!

We have had the fridge for a few weeks now and are happy with it now that the issues created by incompetent installation have been resolved. We were told that the ice maker is prone to issues, though the fix appears to be covered under the optional store warranty. Everything works as expected and we are pleased with how much space there actually is. The quick access feature is neat and comes in handy more often than you would think.

OMG. My wife love it. This freezer is the best. It has some much space and much uses unbelievable.

These is the best refrigerator I could have gotten it’s big, bright and I have so much space now.

Very nice refrigerator. Great design. Although it is three levels, it feels like a standard two door.

Nice fridge. Not as much space as my old side by side. The fridge is kind of loud.

We like the fridge so far. Beautiful and functional. My only two small complaints are that it is a little noisier than what I thought the fridge should be when the compressor kicks in. My wife did not notice it but I did. The second would be that the ice tray is small and we ran out of ice when we had a small party. Just will have to get a bag of ice next time. Other than that, this is a great refrigerator.

We bought the new refrig just before May 31st and were told that in a few days we could go back and probably get a 200-300 dollar rebate. To our surprise it turned out to be $600. We've only had the frig for 2 months and we like it a lot. There's one of the slide outs where we can put fresh meats and other goodies. I bought the insurance for 5 years (I think) because the last one we had gave us a lot problems. Hope this isn't the case with this one.

The black stainless steel is awesome. I changed all my appliances to the black stainless steel.

We really like our new Samsung refrigerator, it’s beautiful and fits perfectly in our space.

Love the fact that you can view items without having to open all the doors. Lots of storage space also.

Love the ease of use. The water filtration is super tasty. The flex drawer will hold 5 12packs of soda.

Great refrigerator but the down side to it is that the ice maker went out
