Quiet and good looking fridge. Have it for a month and it works great.

Perfect for our family, plenty of space and easy to access.

Has a lot of nice features. Like the black stainless steel.

We really love this fridge. It's very large, and the layout gives a lot of options for storage. We also love having an external ice maker and water dispenser. The only complaint is that the dispenser seems to leak a little bit, essentially after you use it there is a little bit that will trickle out over the next several minutes.

I am very happy with this refrigerator, it has so much room.

Bought gew months ago..lots of space amd we love it.

My wife and I were a bit concerned about closing the deal because we learned Samsung does not provide local support for its appliances in the SF Bay Area, and that it might take 3-4 weeks to receive replacement parts. The refrigerator looked like it met all our needs, so we bought Best Buy's maintenance plan. Our worries are gone.

Good, the ice maker could be better. Pretty much a really good product.

No problems with the fridge, it has a bunch of room. The middle door is especially nice, you can load it up with water or beer or if you are having a party put some trays in there. Only issue is the door was delivered with a dent so they have to replace it and ship another one. They took care of it with no issues so not a problem.

Twice the water valve has hung and will not turn off without turning off the water valve to the refrigerator. Ice maker keeps freezing inside and needs to be thawed or it stops making ice. I have only had this refrigerator since January of last year and I am ready to throw it out in the yard. It has given me no other problems besides that and the black stainless looks great in the kitchen. It is just frustrating that the valve keeps hanging the way it does. The last time Best Buy replaced the entire door and now a year later it does t again.

My family (especially 2 and 4 year old boys) love their own drink drawer. I love the color and ease of cleaning vs regular stainless steel. Only complaint was the showcase door was not working properly when delivered. This is due to the newness of the latch and after a few days it now works perfectly. The company still sent me a replacement handle just in case.

So far i'm very pleased with this refrigerator. Its doing its job nicely & quietly, even the ice maker is quiet. There is plenty of room for all my food items & I love the on door water pitcher automatically always filled, very nice. I just hope this unit has longevity.
