The fridge layout is really nice, but I have to give a thumbs down because of the ice maker. It is located in the fridge compartment and isn't sealed properly. As a result, it freezes over once a month and stops producing ice. You have to thaw it to get it working again. Very poor design and frustrating that Samsung failed to address.

Have not had any issues, works very well. Lots of storage and space. Only reason not a 5 star is because of fingerprints and smudges.

Ice machine stopped working, light in the middle area above the freezer went out along with all of the buttons. Luckily I was covered by Total Tech Support at the time and had a warranty but I'll never buy a Samsung fridge ever again.

This is a good fridge, especially for the price. I like the way the shelves move and I have no issue getting anything to fit.

good fridge if u need space this the one to get it have a place to put your drinks or wine

Loaded it with everything that was in my old fridge and I still have more space. The flip up and slide in shelf make it very convenient

We love the beverage door option because it keeps the rest of the refrigerator cool. Love the deli drawer option

Great fridge but really bad design on the ice maker. Ice maker freezes over every 6 months. Had it repaired 3 times Under warranty and twice after warranty. On the 5th repair they declared it a lemon and replaced it with a GE fridge.

I was so excited to find this refrigerator because the space I had needed a custom - counter width unit - and there it is !!!

For the price I expected to be wowed, but I'm not. For a large refrigerator, there isn't a lot of room inside. Also, it makes a loud popping noise that I was told would go away in time (a couple of months), and after 5 months, it has not. As a first time buyer of Samsung appliances, I have to say I liked my Kenmore better.

great refrigerator love the freezer drawer feature and the extra drawer for cold items. The beverage door is great too. overall the best frig I've owned.

I am so pleased with my purchase. I love the storage compartments and any size container will fit. Love the small door on front of refrigerator!!!

The only problem I had was when they installed it, they din't remove all the taping so the frig leaked. Called and they came out and fixed it.

It has plenty of room for all sizes of containers. I live the display door, it is very useful and energy saving. Freezer on bottom roomy and efficient.

bought february 2, 2019 and within a month the ice machine was froze up. when i called best buy they referred me to samsung who proceeded to tell me how to repair the ice machine myself. since then, i have repaired the ice machine 3 times. now i have lost the instructions and called samsung. they tried to tell me the warranty expired 12-31-19 and when they sent a repairman out, they sent him with the wrong parts. if i could afford to dump this POS off at best buy today I would. On top of that, best buy delivery guy told me to get the extended warranty bc it can have issues with the ice machine, so we did, and best buy is now telling us the ice machine is not covered by the extended warranty! TOTAL BS!!!!! will never buy a samsung product and may cancel my best buy card!

Ice maker constantly freezes up! This seems to be common.

Nice refrigerator. The only thing I wish was different is the ice maker. The only way to get ice out is through the door.

Compare this to Hermione's purse except cold. It is constantly making ice and I love being able to put all of my beer in the flex zone drawer.
