Worst Fridge and it breaks down

Ice maker broke first then controls on the fridge broke. Since you cannot control the temperature it spoils the food. Worst of all- When you reach Geeksquad after a long wait, they will route to third party and when you do reach them(Takes multiple tries and long wait). Both parties doesn’t have any clue on what status. In short there is no one from Bestbuy or third party who will take responsibility to resolve the problem. I started this process from July 1st week and till today (3weeks) - I don’t see any resolution- totally frustrated with the product and Geeksquad- whole experience
