We are very happy with this refrigerator. It looks awesome, there is more room than it looks like there would be on the inside of both compartments, and the anti-fingerprint coating is awesome. We use the water pitcher that automatically refills itself on the inside of the door a lot… much more than we thought we would. I highly recommend this refrigerator.

Love this refrigerator! Has allot of space, very quiet, love the color and hides fingerprints very well. Also easy to clean. No problems so far.

Very happy with my new refrigerator. Loving all the different compartments and especially the finger print resistance, no more constant wiping. The ease of just opening the small compartment door for more frequently used items is nice and also saves energy.

My son and daughter touch it all day and fingerprints seem to vanish. It's easy to clean and very spacious. I am happy with my purchase!

The unit ( RF28R7351SR black stainless steel) was delivered on time as promised per documentation and followed up by a telephone call. The refrigerator has adequate room for storing plenty of cooked meals, frozen food, and drinks. Food showcase provides quick access to daily needs while minimizing the loss of cool air. A very smart designed by Samsung. The auto-fill water pitcher which I like most includes an infuser inside which allows you to fill in some cucumber, oranges or any fruit to have a fruity water taste. Plenty of shelves to share with every container. The Flexible storage drawer has four temperature settings and has a smart divider for an orderly location of meats, beverages, wine, and snacks. LED lighting designed to beautifully light up the interior of your fridge so you’re able to quickly focus what you want. I use my smartphone to monitor, temperature adjustment remotely. I like this technology. The two side black panels have special finish preventing smudges. The front doors have special polished coating preventing the fingerprint markings. A very quiet kitchen item. Overall, this 2019 refrigerator is beautifully and smartly designed by Samsung professionals. My family is a happy and proud owner of Samsung appliances.

I paid more than I wanted for a refrigerator but this seems well engineered. I've had another Samsung fridge before and really liked the Flex zone drawer. The showcase feature in this one is new to me and is a great idea. You can store frequently used items here and not have to open the whole door letting out the cold air. I love the automatically refilling pitcher inside. This model is wifi enabled and links to Samsung Smart things. It's pretty gimmicky since you can't really do much with it besides change the temperature settings. The phone app doesn't even show you the current temperatures inside. I really don't know what the app is useful for. I certainly like the fingerprint resistant surface, and I opted for the black which really sets it apart from all the typical looking stainless steel appliances out there which to me all look alike by now. This is a HUGE fridge, bigger than our old one in terms of its increased depth, and it's noticeable. Definitely great for a big family. I don't really notice any significant noise even when in the same room, and sometimes it is so quiet I can't even tell it is working. This one is much quieter than an older model Samsung we have.

I replaced my old Samsung Frig due to the ice maker dying long before it should have. Almost did not use Samsung because of this - there was a recall in my old one, but it was troublesome to pursue. We were also unhappy with the difficulty of keeping fingerprints off the surface. After reading the newer model had corrected these two problems & the fact that we love our other Samsung products - cell phones, watches, TVs & others we took the plunge. We have only had it a few weeks, but could not be more pleased. Especially the Fingerprint Resistant (Black Stainless Steel model) aspect. It really works!!!! No smudges whatsoever!! Looks great. The ice maker works with no problems so far, but only time will tell if that problem (ice freezeups) has actually been corrected. So, we wil give it a thumbs up at this point. Oh, almost forgot - it was on sale & we got a $200 gift card to be used only at Best Buy!! Did not know what the value of the card was until after we paid for the Frig.

Great refrigerator. Water automatically refills. There’s a lot of space and I like the flex zone to add more items. I love the gray color and there are barely any marks when you touch it. Heard the ice maker might be some trouble, but we will find out.

Bought this refrigerator as part of an appliance package. Ill be honest, the largest selling feature for me was the built in water pitcher that automatically refills each time you use it. I am a huge water drinker and sometimes the water you get out of the dispenser isn't super cold. With this pitcher you always have cold water available. It can be used to make tea, or fruit infused flavored water. My wife loves the design and the cool zone and bottom freezer are great. I never though this design would hold as much as a traditional side by side or top freezer type but it probably holds more. The adjustable cool zone is great and so is the turbo cool and freeze option ( I know its called something else but that is what I'm calling it) Leave the door open too long, put too much new food inside, activate this mode and it increased the cooling capacity for a few hours to quickly bring the temp down. The fingerprint resistance is great. We have used it a great deal and there are very few prints on it at all. Automatic water cut-off, open door alarm, and the ability to make adjustments from your phone are all great extras! I would definitely buy this model again! and did I mention the built in water pitcher???....

I have gotten complements from friends and family saying they love the color, the feature that the frig has and how spacious it is. I myself love how the inside is set up. The separate door that stores frequent items used such as milk or what ever you wish. The freezer has deep space for freezing food. I also like the fingerprint resistant, my frig always look clean. I love this product.

We needed a new fridge and I wanted to go as large as we could fit. We decided on this fridge because we've had very good experiences with Samsung. The black stainless finish is amazing. The fridge cooled down very fast after installing and is extremely quiet. The infusion water pitcher inside the door is great. We didn't think we would use it, but we do all the time. If you need a new fridge, buy this one! Amazing!!

Great new fridge. Bestbuy installation was quick and easy, fridge is working great. Kids love the middle drawer for easy access to their snacks, goods amount of storage for all our food. Really enjoy the black stainless color, and it really is fingerprint resistant. Very happy with this purchase

I love this refrigerator. It’s black stainless steel and shows no fingerprints. It has a separate door for drinks. It’s very roomy. I’m very happy with it and with Best Buy. All my appliances, tv’s and computers are bought at Best Buy.

This is a great looking fridge with good features. But the 10lb icemaker is TERRIBLE at this price point. Shelf space is also very limited for taller items. Door space is cramped as well. The fridge is quiet and temperature is adjustable for different compartments. The doors have to be closed completely shut by hand and are sometimes, easily left open. If the doors are left open, there is an alarm that will sound as well as a notification to your smartphone. There is great lighting in all compartments, fingerprints and smudges wipe off easily. The water pitcher is a great feature as well. This fridge is 28 cubic feet and is replacing a 25 cubic foot unit. The old GE unit is much better as far as space in the fridge area and icemaker. I am very. disappointed with those aspects in a $3k unit. Other than that, its a great fridge for a medium to small family.

This fridge has been perfect. So much space and easy to keep organized. The no fingerprints are wonderful, and the added water pitcher inside has been great for flavored water

The fingerprint resistant is outstanding feature with two young boys in our house. The flex draw is perfect for drinks and gives more space in overall fridge. There is a lot of space. Ice maker is a little slow but no problems with it at all. Highly recommend

So far so good but since it is new I can't say that it will be great in a year. This refrigerator replaced a 4 year old other brand refrigerator which after the first year had 5 service calls and was ready for the 2nd compressor replacement, since it takes weeks for service decided enough was enough and bought the Samsung. There are a lot of nice features that I like especially the fingerprint resistance, the water pitcher inside, door in door and separate drawer that can be used for many different items. It is very quiet when running and holds the temperature perfect in all the compartments. Icemaker works perfect and the ice and water in the door is great. The only negative so far is when the icemaker drops the cubes it is rather loud which takes getting use to but not something that would be a deal breaker.

I purchased this fridge for my home. I liked the brand and I also liked the fact that the color/material causes fingerprints not to show as much as the chrome style. I also like the pitcher that autofills with water. And I Love the bright LED lights, which allows me to see everything bright and clearly. And the cooling features work great. This was a great purchase.
