It's not flawless. The look is fantastic with the black stainless steel. My wife and I were hesitant to get an ice maker in the door and we're still on the fence about it. It does make a fair amount of noise (not awful), but our main concern is any time we try and use the ice dispenser it seems like it takes a lot longer than necessary to start trying to get ice out (and working too hard for something that should be pretty automatic). But we love the refilling water pitcher in the door and the LED lighting on the inside is second to none. Next model would do well with adjustable shelves in the door instead of being stuck with what the manufacturer makes us use. But overall, very good fridge.

This new Samsung refrigerator replaces a 7 year old Whirlpool refrigerator of the same size. We were annoyed by the significant level of noise with the Whirlpool model and this Samsung model has solved that problem. We can also track energy usage, door opening, number of carrots, etc., so I will soon be able to determine energy efficiency compared to the Whirlpool model and I expect that it is using at least half the amount of energy, even though its EER is higher. Because we bought the model with the Flex drawer, the upper area storage is less than what we had, but we are just getting used to a new layout and plan purchases accordingly. It’s not clear yet whether the door in a door feature adds any efficiency or convenience, so we are learning how to use that feature for most often used items. Overall, we are very pleased with the Samsung refrigerator and look forward to many good years of use.

Best Buy was patient with me. My first two french door fridges I returned within days. They were very noisey in different ways. I decided to jump up above my original budget and get the Samsung. Beautiful design, the in-door pitcher is a nice touch. Most importantly it is super-quiet, you don't know its there, unlike so many of the newer fridges! The ice-maker thus far has been fine, time will tell. Extra drawer has also proven more useful than we thought. I got the stainless since that is what my current appliances are. Almost wish I'd got the black stainless, its really nice and would have still worked in my kitchen.

I am enjoying the features of the frig. However, it tends to make allot of weird noises. It took me awhile to get used to this and realize that it was only the frig. I expect to hear the ice drop etc. But these are noises different from that. I am hoping that this is not an unforeseen issue. Otherwise, I am happy with the product.

Purchased In September/2019 within 5 months ice maker went out and only thing I dont like is when ice is being produced is very loud. For an expensive Fridge it shouldn't have these issues. Not a happy Customer for having it for a short time' I believe I need to get a certain amount reduce on my financing. Would like to be contacted if not' I'm going to make a major complaint and file a suit..

The fridge looks good but it is a little loud. You will hear some popping sounds, I think from the compressor? The new Samsung ice makers take up less room than the old Samsung units. We really like the in door water pitcher and we find we can use it to make cold tea or fruit infused water.

This fridge has sudden loud noises that wake me up at night due to ice from what it sounds like. Also, the water and ice come out very slow. The whole door opens when you try to open the quick access door so you have to separate it with your hands. I feel like I wasted so much money for looks. Great idea for the fridge, but the execution on the product doesn’t seem the be there. If you can live with that then great.

Makes a lot of noise. Other than that a good refrigerator.

Too noisy during nights , probably ice machine cracking noises

It has some noises during daytime, it’s weird. And the freezer hasn’t work properly.

The worst fridge ever, buy it brand new and make a loud noises,couldn’t return even though the people that came to fix it said its not salvageable…
