    I'm hoping nothing happens to the frig because I did not buy the extended warranty through best buy. Especially after purchasing and seeing hearing ppl say how their Samsung didn't last long. We shall see in the long run. My family and I have a frig already but we needed something bigger with a growing family. So we kept the old frig in the garage plugged in for extra food drink storage. And we've had that LG for almost 5 years already. Eh at least we will have a back up if anything happens. But so far we love it!! The size space is amazing. Once we figured how to rearrange the top frig with the shelves we were set.

    We have had this for a year and a half and it has quit working and the warranty expired 6 months after we got it.

    I recently purchased a Samsung fridge, and I'm incredibly disappointed with its performance. Its temperature regulation is erratic and difficult to manage, often fluctuating wildly between temperatures that are much too warm or cold. It's also very unreliable - it frequently breaks down and needs to be serviced, meaning I have to sacrifice time waiting for repairs rather than using my appliance. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product to anyone else.

    Bought this refrigerator Jan 2020. Had 3 services calls since purchase. That is unacceptable for a product in this price range. I have bought other refrigerators with better reliability and quality. I usually buy Samsung products but the quality of the products have been subpar recently.

    Terrible It broke as soon as they delivered it. This fridge is garbage. Best buy customer service is so bad I am returning the product instead of exchanging it.

    even though this product as must of the Samsung product has a very nice design, they really don't last nor give the tranquility of having a reliable product. This refrigerator have a huge issue with the ice maker which keeps frizzing constantly. there is a huge amount of videos in You Tube about how to solve this issue since this is very common and frequent. I have this problem and need to forced defrost the refrigerator at least twice a week. the unit looks very nice and offer very nice features, but it's very unreliable.

    DO NOT BUY THIS REFRIDGERATOR!!!!!!!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS ZERO STARS! WE HAVE HAD IT LESS THAN A YEAR AND IT STOPPED WORKING. THEY SENT A REPAIR PERSON OUT TO DIAGNOSIS 4 DAYS AFTER THE THING QUITS (LOST ALL OF OUR FOOD) AND THEN SAID IT WILL BE ANOTHER 6 DAYS + BEFORE THEY CAN GET THE PART IN TO REPAIR....AND THAT IS IF THIS PART IS ACTUALLY THE PROBLEM. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THAT WE SPENT A CRAP TON OF $$$$ ON A FRIDGE THAT DOESN'T WORK, AND SAMSUNG TRIED TO MAKE OUT LIKE IT WAS OUR FAULT. NO, YOUR CRAPPY PRODUCT IS AT FAULT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE. I LOVE HAVING LITTLES AT HOME AND NOT HAVE A WORKING REFRIDGERATOR, SAID NO ONE EVER!
