Lots of room. Good layout. Love the water infusion container that automatically refills. Drink draw a plus. Large drawer freezer

We were in a rush to get a new fridge when ours died a few weeks ago. I was at a competitor's store placing my order with them when, on a whim, I checked BestBuy.com and their delivery date was 5 days sooner. Sorry sales guy - I'm out, waiting a week for delivery of a fridge was not going to work - waiting 2 days, much better! Not to mention, having BB haul away my old fridge for free, and not making me buy the water-hook up...bonus! We love the fridge. The size is perfect, I love the auto-fill water pitcher in the door for filling up my Keurig, the fold-up top shelf that makes room for tall items, and the fridge drawer for defrosting our meat for the week. The size of this fridge is perfect, and the deep freezer drawers have my husband loving it because it saves his toes from falling frozen items as happened in our old fridge. And it's so nice to have a water dispenser that works - our last fridge's stopped working 5 years ago.

It really nice and spacious refrigerator , I’m really like it , the ice have a really good taste and the double door , easy to take things you use it everyday . I highly recommend it !

I really needed a new fridge and after months of searching I came across this Samsung high quality fridge. Lots of room, ease of opening the door. I love the fingerless black stainless steel doors. Really happy with this purchase

Awesome refrigerator. It’s perfect size for a family of 3. The middle drawer is perfect for quick and to go snacks and the veggies drawer is perfect to storage my insulin. Totally in love with this.

Love the little in door water dispenser, it was a larger fridge so I did have to take the doors off to get it through the door and hallways but besides that it was exactly what I was looking for

Don’t get me wrong I love the refrigerator it does have a lot of room with that second drawer S refrigeration but I will never buy anything from Best Buy again from the time I bought it to the time is delivered I’ve had nothing but issues with them they delivered it with a big dent in it and only wanted to give me $200 off I told him no if it was hidden I wouldn’t mind it but I would need more than that are a replacement of the refrigerator they told me they could not find one like that so they were going to give me more money off but had to request it through their higher-ups they said 48 hours at the most I will get a response I never did I waited a week still no call no nothing I called them back they said somebody closed the file so he reopened it and told me to wait another 48 hours then on the installation for the waterline it was supposed to be one day they called me and told me they could not do it till four days later I waited for that day nobody called nobody showed up I called the installation department one of them put me on hold for 10 minutes I called back and got a hold of somebody that is actually going to do something about it and told me what they were going to do I just think Best Buy is so unorganized and does not know how to treat their customers

The best investment ever on a refrigerator Samsung I love it

I paid more than I wanted for a refrigerator but this seems well engineered. I've had another Samsung fridge before and really liked the Flex zone drawer. The showcase feature in this one is new to me and is a great idea. You can store frequently used items here and not have to open the whole door letting out the cold air. I love the automatically refilling pitcher inside. This model is wifi enabled and links to Samsung Smart things. It's pretty gimmicky since you can't really do much with it besides change the temperature settings. The phone app doesn't even show you the current temperatures inside. I really don't know what the app is useful for. I certainly like the fingerprint resistant surface, and I opted for the black which really sets it apart from all the typical looking stainless steel appliances out there which to me all look alike by now. This is a HUGE fridge, bigger than our old one in terms of its increased depth, and it's noticeable. Definitely great for a big family. I don't really notice any significant noise even when in the same room, and sometimes it is so quiet I can't even tell it is working. This one is much quieter than an older model Samsung we have.

I LOVE my fridge. I show it off to everyone that comes to my home, demonstrating the drawer and how much room is in the freezer. How smooth the silent the drawers are. My I use that showcase door ALL THE TIME. I love quickly accessing milk and creamer w/out losing much temperature with that door. My 2nd favorite item is the pitcher. I often add cucumbers or lemons and drink my infused water daily. Just remember to use the ice machine daily so it doesn't freeze over. I learned that lesson the hard way.

Perfect size and layout. Ice maker is no longer working after 2 years (emailing/calling Samsung right now). Ice maker is very slow to dispense ice. Overall a great model and fridge... sucks that the ice maker stopped working after only 2 years of use. It will fill with water but only dump if you use the test button on the ice maker.. otherwise it just sits there and never tells it to dump.

Great refrigerator. Water automatically refills. There’s a lot of space and I like the flex zone to add more items. I love the gray color and there are barely any marks when you touch it. Heard the ice maker might be some trouble, but we will find out.

I love the fridge but there’s one thing I dislike about it. Just ONE thing. I hate that when I get ice I get a drip or two of water into my cup before ice cubes being dispensed. Other thank that I love it. It’s so big that I forget there are more compartments in the fridge and when I forget about that, I forget there’s food there. Lol.

Very large fridge. We had to move our island out a bit more. Ice cube dispenser sometimes doesn’t work & can be difficult to pull out because freezes solid. Love the lighting & inside size!

I'm hoping nothing happens to the frig because I did not buy the extended warranty through best buy. Especially after purchasing and seeing hearing ppl say how their Samsung didn't last long. We shall see in the long run. My family and I have a frig already but we needed something bigger with a growing family. So we kept the old frig in the garage plugged in for extra food drink storage. And we've had that LG for almost 5 years already. Eh at least we will have a back up if anything happens. But so far we love it!! The size space is amazing. Once we figured how to rearrange the top frig with the shelves we were set.

I love the size it’s just perfect, it’s really easy to use and the fact that I have the small draw for my cans and small drink it’s perfect. You don’t have to open the whole door to get the drink and the must use item if you put it on the small door.

Love this fridge! I wanted the large top fridge section, the middle drawer temp can be changed which makes it nice for colder items if needed, freezer is standard like all others. Not only do you have the water/ice dispenser outside the fridge but the pitcher inside automatically fills up after each use if you decide to use that. The pitcher is great to add fruit. The top right door is great to have small items for easy access. The fridge is also magnetic!

I love this purchase. Lots of room for a family of 4. Great looking fridge....if I could I would buy anoher one...lol I love the fact that I can program the temperature on both the fridge and the freezer.

Great size overall. Nice features with the exception of the the adjustability of the shelves inside and on the door. Ice maker works well and quickly. Also has a pitcher inside that is great for filling things quicker. Good amount of freezer space, drawer can be freezer or fridge. Not sure I would purchase this again.
