I've only had this fridge a couple of weeks, but so far I'm pretty happy. It is quite large, so my brain is still getting used to the amount of space it takes. But the features! I haven't really used many of the smart features yet, but my other new appliances were smart, along with most of my house, so I figured I might as well go for it. I didn't really find a need need for the Family Hub version, although I wanted to want it. It didn't really offer much more than having a tablet or smartphone onhand does, with the exception of allowing you to look inside the refrigerator without opening the door (but then you lose the door-in-door which i wanted more). Other than that, nearly all the other features can be handled by one of the many other devices you probably already have in your house or your pocket, and the Smart Things app. And for a 1,000 bucks, I can grab my tablet and keep it on the counter next to the fridge if necessary. Pros: 1 - The the drawers slide easily, feel sturdy, and the water pitcher fills really fast. I like the detail of the flip-down metal arm to keep items on the right door from falling out when you open it. Also, the easy-access door has come in quite handy for quickly grabbing a protein shake, Gatorade or butter instead of having to open the entire door to grab one small item. 2 -The Flex Zone is really cool. It's great for dividing the drawer for each person in the house, different categories, etc. The sliding steel divider accommodates up to 28 1/4" x 16", or any dimension within that range, So if you have large deli platters or are marinating large trays of meat, this this is an ideal space to do it.. The drawer is only 5" tall, so you won't have have a lot of vertical space, but I'm able to store 2 1-dozen egg cartoons on top of each other with no trouble. I saw varying reviews and product descriptions before buying this fridge that mention that the Flex Zone can be used as extra freezer space. That is incorrect. It has a range of 41ﾟ down to 30°F, which is not freezer temperature (0°F). 3 - The freezer storage is really huge. I was unsure if the depth of the bottom drawer would be enough to hold, for example, a 24-pound frozen turkey. Happily, the bottom freezer drawer is quite deep, and with the movable vertical divider, you could even store a large box up to 15" x 15" on one side. And if your bird (or other other frozen item) is tall, the upper freezer drawer lifts out and allowing you a few more inches of vertical space (up to 18" tall). I would caution, however, that the drawers are made of plastic, so anything overly heavy might cause damage. The plastic is not thin, but I would worry about bending or cracking it if the item was too heavy in one spot. 4 - When opening the lower freezer drawer, the upper drawer comes out a little automatically to the perfect point so that you can easily access the items in the bottom bin, or reach in and side the top drawer to its full extent without much effort. 5 - The ice and water dispenser "window" is generously wide. I can hold up a medium sized saucepan to fill directly, but it did make kind of a mess with ice chips escaping behind the pot. The only real cons are: 1 - The 2 shelves on the right side only have 3 positions available, and only 1 on the left (no options), And both left and right doors have zero bin placement options, so there's not much flexibility for your vertical storage space. The design tries to make up for it with a flip up shelf on the top left and a drop shelf on the lower right side which which converts that shelf into only half its depth so tall stuff can be stored on the front of the bottom level (blocking any items in the back). The flip up shelf on the left clicks into to the shelf on the right, However, if you have lowered the right shelf then that flip up shelf has no lateral support in the center. It does not hold much weight, so even though it is now the perfect height for canned drinks, the structure is not strong enough to stay level with much weight on it. The engineers could have added plastic or nylon straps from the ceiling to act as supplemental vertical support, or a metal rail on the right side of the shelf. 2 - The vegetable bins on the bottom of the refrigerator are not very deep (~6"). So if you are one to buy a huge head of lettuce, cabbage, or if you want you want to chill anything larger than a small melon, it is not going to fit in the drawer. 3 - The drip reservoir under the water and ice dispenser is shamefully shallow. I slowly dripped 2 oz of water into the trough. At exactly the last drop it spilled over. If the the water was not being added very carefully, it would have spilled over long before that. There's no reason that could not have been a bit deeper, especially since that is the most likely place where kids will fill up their cups. 4 - It is also a little disappointing that there's no easy-access ice bin that you can take out and dump into a cooler. Certainly you could make ice cubes with trays in the drawer. However, you will have to be careful opening and closing that drawer until the water has frozen over, and you won't be able to make very much at one time. It will end on a positive note that is not specific to this refrigerator, but to the Samsung smart appliance line. The Smart Things app that you will use to connect your refrigerator to your smart home was extremely fast and easy to set up. Also, there are features in the app which which are available on the Family Hub version without having to pay an extra grand for a screen on your door. You can control the temperature in all of the zones, turn your ice maker on and off, turn on/off power cool and power freeze, monitor your energy use, self-diagnosis and technical support, and so much more. Some of these features are also accessible through your smart home assistant. For example, I can use Alexa to turn my ice maker off if I'm going out of town and I forgot to do it before leaving without using the Smart Things app, Or just ask Alexa to check and adjust my refrigerator temperature using my voice from the couch. The main thing that it adds (that is a selling feature of the Family Hub version) is the ability to keep track of your refrigerator inventory with a photo, location (fridge/ freezer/Flex), and expiration date, with notifications available. This might not be useful to some people, but a reminder to eat that ice cream before it goes bad could make the difference between an average day and a good one. :)

We replaced our side by side Kenmore Refrigerator with this Samsung 4 door. Overall very good - we like the low maintenance filtered water pitcher that is perfect for filling up our Keurig coffee maker. The other notable is the convenience door for often used items like milk, etc. A slight complaint is that the shelf surface itself is smaller, and makes for a snugger fit than I like - with just a gallon whole milk, quart sized coffee creamer and a quart size nonfat milk carton. The bottom freezer container has plenty of room and way better than our side by side fridge. The operation of the water dispenser is "keep it simple stupid" (KISS) and opening is large enough for filling up larger than normal containers. The bottom of water dispenser is super easy to clean and there is no removable bottom to contend with. The temperature is pretty spot on once you set it. I have checked the interior of the freezer and other compartments with several thermometers. The shelves are well thought out with hinged/swingable motions can be retrofitted to your storage needs. Only one shelf, top right can be removed if needed for larger holiday or party sized items. Perhaps here's a way to remove shelves when needed, but not easily, that we could see. The black stainless steel finish is awesome looking and yes, fingerprints are hard to find, and that's with a curious 3 year old roaming about. Lastly, out of curiosity I loaded the SmartThings app and have not used it much, but seems to have some features I will use soon. It gives me the temperature(s) and lets me know when the door is open/closed. Water filter condition and also there is a content and expiry records you can input, but I don't use any of that. Bestbuy made it easy to purchase with their payment plan, and we also opted for their extended warantee as we have had great experiences with the geek squad in the past. The delivery was without drama, professional and relatively quick. Lastly, we will always consider purchasing in an appliance at Bestbuy before others as the whole experience is seemless from the sales team to the delivery to the repair services (I'd needed) to most importantly their price match guarantee. This refrigerator went in sale the week after, and one call to the customer service rep and the difference was adjusted. Thank you Best Buy!

We are very happy with this refrigerator. It looks awesome, there is more room than it looks like there would be on the inside of both compartments, and the anti-fingerprint coating is awesome. We use the water pitcher that automatically refills itself on the inside of the door a lot… much more than we thought we would. I highly recommend this refrigerator.

We have been looking at this fridge for awhile and finally bought it during the Labor Day sale. They were able to deliver right away so we have had it for almost a week now and we love it. There is plenty of space, a few different options of where to put taller items, and I love the flex drawer. Something that might not be important to most, but I am so happy with, is the ice cube size. Not too small or large. Our last fridge had huge ice cubes and we were emptying the bin about three times a day. This one has the perfect size and a lot of it. Also, the water pressure for the dispenser is just right. It isn't too hard where it splashes out when it hits an ice cube. And that water pitcher! Love it. We use it to quickly fill up the water bowls for the dogs and I took it out to the patio the other day when we ate outside. It is very convenient and fills up quickly. Absolutely no buyers remorse here. Wish we would have bought it sooner. (Pictures make the fridge look like the stainless, but it is the black stainless steal. Looks very nice with our other black appliances)

This refrigerator delivers on all points. Love the filtered water and ice, lots of space and versatility for everything! It’s freezer is super roomy and we love the flex zone drawer. It keeps all our beverages at just the right temperature. Showcase door is wonderful for milk and other frequently used items while still keeping them nice and cold. I guess if I had one issue, it would be you need to hold the glass up to the ice dispenser opening when getting crushed ice or a few go out the sides. Otherwise, we all love it! Did I mention how convenient the auto filling pitcher is? Awesome!

This is the best refrigerator I’ve ever had. Plenty of room. Easy access to frequently used items. Convenient drawer. Highly recommend!

Our new fridge was recently delivered. I love it. My wife says that it looks much bigger than she remembers and it does make our old fridge look like an ice chest. The bigger the better I say!! Still learning my way around it. I will have to mention that the delivery crew was on point. They worked through some challenges to navigate a hallway, but they worked it like champs! Great customer service and attention to detail.

absolutely love my refrigerator. best one i have ever had. and i have had a lot. i have a big family amd it accommodates use which is hard. works great. will always buy samsung from now on. works great for holding my cake for decorating for my business. i love it

I wanted a four door refrigerator so I could have a separate area for deli and cheese items. I originally looked at a different model, but when I saw this one, I was sold! I love the flex-drawer. It's perfect for getting lunch food out without holding open the main doors. I love the door-in-door feature that limits the warm air entering the refrigerator. I love the infused water pitcher that auto-refills! It has ample space in the refrigerator and freezer. One word of caution, though: don't plug it into a GFCI outlet or it will trip the circuit. It has built-in protection so it can be plugged into a standard wall socket. Overall, I love it and highly recommend it.

I love it. It's quiet, shelves are adjustable and there is plenty of room for everything. I love the water pitcher in the door. Cold water ready anytime. Best buy I've made this year.

I love my fridge. It has the perfect amount of space. I love my flex drawer and the door in door. The color is sleek. Not totally fingerprint proof like it says, but thats minor in comparison to the overall quality.

Love the storage! We went from a counter depth side by side doors to this four door model. We use the middle drawer for drinks. And it works great. We use the condiment door more than I thought we would. Only 4 stars because the ice maker makes small ice that melts quickly. And if we need to dump the ice into a ice chest, remaking a full ice bin takes quite a while.

Great fridge lots of space, didn't really want the center drawer but I got the unit on a great sale and turns out the center drawer is great for drinks.

So far, so good! I’ve had this refrigerator about 1 month now & I love it!! The middle pull out door is perfect for water bottles & breakfast drinks! I love how open the top is! No more bending down to see what I have!!

I really love my new Samsung Black stainless steel refrigerator. It look sleek and modern, keep my food well and has features I didn't know I needed. The self refilling water pitcher..Love it. My favorite feature is the middle drawer were we keep water bottle , kids juice boxes and fruit. The door within a door is cool too. There is so much storage space that is is unreal. We put away a lot and stuff and I still have room.

Love this refrigerator! Has allot of space, very quiet, love the color and hides fingerprints very well. Also easy to clean. No problems so far.

great refrigerator. We have only had it for a month due to delays on our current home (had to delay delivery). I love that it has the flex drawer! Lots of space, and haven’t had any issues yet. We have a 2nd refrigerator in our garage, but we haven’t had to plug that one in because the amount of storage in this one is suitable for us! The only thing I wish it came with was a tray for under the water/ice dispenser to catch any small pieces or drops that don’t make it into the cup.

My son and daughter touch it all day and fingerprints seem to vanish. It's easy to clean and very spacious. I am happy with my purchase!

This refrigerator is top notch! I can not tell you how much I'm loving this refrigerator. From the huge freezer space to the water and ice machine to the multi function middle drawer to the water jug that you can add fruit or tea to and always have something tasty to drink ready at all times! Even the low light setting is perfect for those late night snacks or drinks of water so you don't blind yourself half asleep ha ha.

We have had this refrigerator for a couple of weeks and we love it. The automatically refilling pitcher in the door is such a great feature. There is so much more space compared to my previous side by side. We did a lot of browsing and research before finally deciding on this one and we made the right choice. The guys who delivered and installed also did a fantastic job.
