However the stand was faulty and the monitor fell out of it and broke. Best Buy will not do anything because we did not purchase the warranty. I guess that's on me, however, I was hoping they would be more helpful.

I have the 1440p Samsung G5 and the color quality is much better than this monitor was. Unfortunately returned product due to dull colors.

Had the monitor for about a month and those really annoying green line is vertical down my screen. Call Samsung support because I still have a year and they tell me it’s a Canadian model and I can’t return it from America. I BOUGHT THE MONITOR IN AMERICA!!! Very hard not to swear at these people went out my pocket nearly 300 dollars and now they expect me to pay for it it’s RIDICULOUS!

Burn in screen

I purchased this for Christmas for my son December 2024 and he just opened it and within the same day the screen just goes into power save mode and is not detected at all but he has no issues with using his other monitor and now I’m stuck since it’s a 15 day return policy

It would not cover the cost of shipping your monitor to us, but does cover the cost of shipping the monitor back to you.
