To my shock, I found an embedded hair that's stuck behind the monitor surface, in between the panel layers. It is obvious and prominent to the right side of the panel. Obviously I can't take it out without taking the hardware apart, and Samsung customer service seemed unsurprised and was absolutely worthless, stating that I should just return it to Best Buy. No investigation or follow through on the fact that their $300 computer monitors ARE CONTAMINATED WITH HUMAN HAIR. Avoid this product and anything Sumsung AT ALL COSTS. No quality control whatsoever. You have been warned.
