Working as designed

Each unit has four clasp that "hold onto" the dryer or washer. These are made of plastic and brand new out of the box one had a broken clasp. The delivery folks showed me the problem. They took care of ordering a new replacement. Best Buy Geek Squad called to schedule for service two days later. Now that is customer service excellence!
