I looked at the specs before buying, measured detergent bottles to fit into it, was a perfect match... in the real world, every detergent bottle is at least 1/4inch too tall to close the drawer. It's only good for raising the height

Still figuring out if this purchase was necessary. Most of the detergents purchases are too big for the pedestal. Only benefit increased height of machine so I don't have to forward bend.

He told me things about caring for a washer that I had never heard...and I’m plenty old enough to have heard these things before! He completed the job and was very professional! He made sure everything was hooked up properly!

This is my 4th set of front load energy efficient washers and dryers (I've moved around the country. Two were stacked models because of space requirements, the other also had the pedestals. Worth the money but if you are really handy you could build your own pedestal box.

Great value for the price and also adds extra height

It doesn't boost the washing machine as high as I had visualized. That is partly my fault, but the salesperson at BB recommended this to be the best pedestal available. I can live with it :)

You can do big loads! My previous front loader didn't hold as much. The filter is a pain, but i think all washers have them now. Also, if you need repairs be prepared to wait! That's on Samsung though, not the washer.

I'm so glad we made the purchase. I have back problems so bending down too much puts a lot of strain on my knees and back. I also love that extra storage! It fit perfectly in our laundry room.

Great addition to my dryer and washer,no more bending,stand tall and move clothes with ease from one to the other,super storage within,room for softener, powder,liquid etc.they look great together

My son and I put this together in about 10 minutes. Directions didn't match the parts labeling exactly. Parts were labelled more clearly, so didn't even really need the directions for the most part. Only complaint is that a standard bottle of Bleach doesn't fit. You have to go to the smaller sized bottles.

A pedestal is a must for a front loader. Washer or dryer the pedestal raises the door to a more comfortable height for loading and unloading. Caution: extra height may cause machine to "Walk" more easily if unbalanced.

We bought them as open items paying half of the real price for them. At the retail price we would have never bought them. But i'm really glad we did because they really help making all the use of the washer and the dryer easier and more ergonomic .

In my opinion, unless you are stacking your washer and dryer, or 4 feet tall, this is a necessary and highly recommended item. Drawer works smoothly and is useful storage. However - it is way way overpriced and should be included when purchased with the washer and dryer.

This is pretty costly for just being a pedestal. Good way to earn additional money (Samsung). You need this otherwise its a painful experience to use the Samsung machines specially the ones which have front loading.

Pedestal is just as good as the one I bought five years ago.

I never knew what I was missing until I started using my new washer and dryer set. The drawers are a great accompaniment to my set. They are solid and smooth. I enjoy everything about it.

This product works as adverstised. I am still getting used to the full functionality. I really like the static free and wrinkle free options.

They are both 2 days old now and they work perfectly. I love all the tunes and reminders you hear. Vic and Al from the local Vero Beach FL Best Buy did a great job with the delivery and installation.

No matter how hard the kid tries to sell it, these don't come in a set, you have to buy two. BestBuy worked it out with me, but was a pain for first week, I should have known better Otherwise all good.

Purchased washer and dryer set. Purchased pedestals mainly to raise washer & dryer to a more convenient height. So-so storage space. Can't fit large soap or softener containers in them.
