These pedestals really are a have to have item with the washer/dryer. The storage is good for those odd laundry cleaning products etc.. I still think these pedestals generally are overpriced.

Very useful storage and also brings washer/driers to a good height. However, these are vastly overpriced.

I purchased the washer/dryer and the matching pedestals so that I can eliminate the need for bending over to remove the clothes from each appliance. Life Saver! I got mine on sale (all four pieces). I am not able to utilize the drawers simply because the way our tile floor with front lip is made to house the units on a 2nd floor - but it doesn't matter that I can't use the drawers -- no more breaking back and as I age this will become even more of an asset for the appliance!

Samsung - 5 stars Best Buy - 0 stars!!! Since it is an "overall rating" - had to give it 2.5 stars This Samsung washer and dryer is fantastic. Couldn't be happier with their products. Delivery was another issue. I DID NOT RECEIVE THE DRYER RACK. This is the part that fits inside for drying shoes, etc. I immediately called Best Buy the next day when I realized the problem, and assumed it was accidentally taken away with the packing material. Best Buy told me the delivery company would call to set up an appointment to bring it back. After a week had passed without a call, I called Best Buy again to get an update. After the obligatory hold, the customer service agent got back to me and told me they would arrange to ship one out. I waited over a month, and did not receive my rack. When I called Best Buy again, they told me to call my local store. (BTW, this was an online purchase, and NOT the fault of my local store.) The local sales associate was very nice, but said I had to call 1-800-SAMSUNG. I explained it was not Samsung's fault, but that was his only suggestion. Samsung's customer service was excellent, and they arranged to have the missing rack shipped to me free of charge. (I haven't actually received it yet, but I'm feeling confident it will come!) Sorry for being grumpy, but "buyer beware". Best Buy customer support failed me.

Great looking add on for your new Samsung washer and dryer and it puts it at a great height but the storage compartment is a bit small. Installing them is a pain but it is worth it for the added height and storage.

Definitely reccomend purchasing with the front load washers as they do tend to sit quite low to the ground and this not only lifts it up but provides great storage space as well.

Bought with my new washer/dryer; love the storage and not having to bend over to load or unload!

These pedestals are a real back saver but are extremely over-priced for what they are.

We actually received our washer dryer set 3 weeks before the pedestals. I can't believe we ever lived without them. No out of balance or spin vibration issues at all. The only negative I have mention is the price. They are pricey for a rolling plastic drawer!!

these are a must for front load washer and dryers. It lifts them up so you dont hurt your back. Frontloads look too short without these plus they add some nice storage

I have had machines before without the pedestals and regretted it the entire time. Has good storage and puts the machine at an optimum level to work with.

The pedestal lifts the washer/dryer up to a comfortable height plus you can store all your laundry stuff.

I love this dryer, I chose the dryer without the steam option, I just didn't feel like it was a necessity for my family. This dryer has so many settings that I haven't got to try them all, but I do love the quick setting, and the fact that it can learn your favorite setting. I have already recommended the washer and dryer pair to my family.

I am so happy that I purchased the pedestals for my washer and dryer. Makes loading and unloading a lot easier, plus the storage space helps hide the detergent, bleach and dryer sheets. A bit pricey but so worth it!!!

Bought the pedestal to match my new dryer. Works great. Bottles can't stand up all the way in the drawer, but there is plenty of storage. Def makes my dryer quite a bit higher.

The pedestals are a definite "must" when buying any front load appliance. They make the appliances much easier to access and also doubles as a storage area. I was pleasantly surprised to see how roomy this storage area is; however, you will have to down size to smaller containers of detergent as they are not tall enough to accommodate the larger ones unless you place them flat...which could result in leaking. The pedestals not only make the appliance look great, but are highly functional as well.

There is a lot of room in these drawers. We are able to store a lot of things in here. Great that it lifts the washer and dryer up so don't need to lean over so far when filling the machines.

Nice added storage and adds to the height of the washer and dryer so I don't have to bend over to change wash loads. But, I think the added height and hollow drawer increases the wobble when the washer goes into the spin cycle. So ... thumbs up for the added height, and a little thumbs down for the added wobble. Washer would probably be steadier if installed right on the floor, but not enough wobble for me to give up the pedestals.
