I love these and think I need them but the price you have to pay to get them is RIDICULOUS!!

Must have for convenience, but must be installed correctly per instructions. Best Buy delivery can do this no problem.

Like the extra storage and I also like having a brand name, that I have used before.

The pedestals complete the look of the new washer and dryer. Great storage.

For the size of the drawers, I would expect them to hold more than they do. Not all laundry detergent bottles fit in the drawer. For and additional $400, just not worth the cost.

Besides wondering why a pedestal costs so much as the materials and labor to build make these look as if they should cost $50. Anyway, an excellent product and must have for any front loading machine.

These pedestals are super expensive at around $250 each, I'd rather pay $150-175 for them, however they are very much needed for ergonomics when doing laundry and your backs' sake.

If drawer was taller, soap bottle would fit perfect. Other than that, it is a must have.

I bought 2 stands for the washer and dryer. Stands are very sturdy and functional.

Dryer was reccommended by an appliance person at another store. Price and customer service helped make my decision. It seems to be a great purchase and the cost was great. Hoping it will meet expectations over the years

They work well and give the washer and dryer a very nice look. It is very poorly contruction with front of drawers made of plastic. I got them because I paid $99 a piece. But I would have never paid over $100 per pedestal. I recommend them for $99 or less.

Overall a great buy to accessorize the coordinating washer/dryer units.

If you need laundry space which one will be looks good and clea you have to install pedestals.

It's okay, not much to say about a drawer. The height of the drawer is not tall enough to stand the High Efficiency (HE) detergent we purchased so the bottles must be placed on their side. I hope they don't leak.

These are a must have with the purchase of the Samsung front loaders.

I received a washer and dryer unit today and one of the pedestals was damaged. Upon talking to the installers they brought the dented item to my attention. They explained that they could only give me 10% off from the damage of the unit. from the price I purchased same. I did not feel that this was fair. I talked to the installers, not satisfied then talked to the store manager in the Wilson Store and he advised that I could not see the damage and that he would only stick with the 10% off. 2nd option was to pick up a new pedestal from the store which is 45 minutes away from me. and 3rd option was to return all items for a full refund. I was very displeased with purchasing a washer and dryer unit, with two pedestals at a sale well over $2100.00+. To top it off one of the installers explained to my wife how to operate the washer/dryer and asked how many "monsters" meaning our children in explain wash load...I have been most discussed because in all of this I called customer service via bestbuy.com and an attempt to resolve the situation did not happen also. Later after returning I realized that I was told that this unit also had a drying rack accessory to it and that was not the case also. I am a silver premier rewards card member that purchases well over $3,000.00 + a year in best buy and still I have an option of telling them to return a pick up same within the next 30 days with a full refund,,,,Above all the damage should have been caught by installers before leaving the store. Where is true customer service, it was not through management at all from the Wilson NC Store Sad day for best buy because I truly feel that they are not standing behind the store nor product name.

I purchase this pedestal on line for a pick-up only. Not sure how the item was to be wrapped I received a shrink wraped pedestal with peices broken or scratched. I am almost a hour from the nearest Best Buy so taking it back wasn't going to work either, so i struggled through getting to work and said never again.

the height of the drawer was too low, it would not even accomodate a mall detergent contained or a bottle of stain remover For the amount of the purchase it was cheaply made.

This stays in place , but viberates really bad.It"s like the pedestal is not solid enough to hold the washer. They look nice together,but I think the washer would run quitetlywith out them.never would have bought them
