Unless you want to be at ground level taking out the clothes to put in the dryer, this is a must. Offers storage. BUT way way to expensive for what it is. This seems to be a GOTCHA if you want a front loader, Also if you have an older model Samsung, you still need to buy this one. My old pedestal would not fit & had to wait for a 2nd trip to have it installed. Plus the way the 2 pieces hook together has changed. Worse, if your old one does fit, just return it.

The pedestal is a must have honestly. They are a little expensive but there are two benefits to the pedestals. First off the pedestal raises the washer and dryer limiting how far you have to bend down to put clothes in and take them out. The second is for someone that needs that extra storage which we all honestly need it. The drawers are large and you provide you with lots of extra storage.

We recently purchased our first front-load washer/dryer set. If you have the space, even at the $100+ cost, I highly recommend these. They provide extra storage space in an otherwise storage-deficient room. But, more importantly, your back will thank you every day that you do laundry! And, in the long-run, the $$ that you save NOT seeing a chiropractor will more than pay for these!!!

The pedestals are great for raising up your washer & dryer but I'm not one for using them for storage, I keep my warranty books but not much else in them.

This item is a must for a front load unit, especially when you are tall. I am 6'4" and I do not have to bend down as far now. I also utilize it for storage.

I purchased a pedestal stand for my Samsung washer and dryer. Couldn't imagine not having them. The higher clearance really helps with stress on the back.

Nice metal pedestal. Drawer is heavy duty plastic drawer that will not rust. Raises appliance up to perfect height.

I absolutely love these pedestals, it makes it so easy not having to bend over to put the clothes in, they raise it to the perfect height

I really enjoy my two pedestals without them I would have to bend down very low to put a load to wash or dry.

I love how I not have to break my back by reaching down in washer tub & especially the dryer at hands reach.

Love my washer and dryer pedestals! We didn't purchase the pedestals when we purchased our washer and dryer because I didn't want to spend the money and didn't think we would need them. Well....after months of bending over we purchased them and it was the best decision we have ever made! Plus now I can store my cleaning cloths, fabric softener and detergent in them!

Like most people, we debated getting the pedestals. While the cost is still a stretch, the extra storage and the fact that machines are raised to a height perfect for loading and unloading bring some comfort to the sticker shock. One drawer can hold to Costco sized bottles of detergent, along with a bottle Spray and Wash easily. This storage space is much appreciated as it de-clutters our laundry room.

The pedastal is wonderful, not only does it provide extra storage but also is essential because it raises the washer to a more comfortable access height.

We needed something to elevate our new washer. So we got this and it’s been great! The extra storage helps in our small laundry room!

I don’t really know why we bought the washer and dryer without them to start. Glad we changed outlet minds. Make them theperfect pair

Unless you have to stack your washer/dryer, I would recommend the pedestals. No bending. Also extra storage.

Having this stand makes it much easier to remove clothes and put in the dryer. Much easier on the back when the units are just set on the floor.

This is a must have if you have a washer or dryer. The compartment can also accommodate liquid soap and softener. Lot of room for extra stuff.

My wife and I initially passed on these when we bought our washer and dryer as they are expensive. After realizing how low to the ground the washer and dryer sit to the floor we ended up buying them. Add luck would have it they had two open box ones and they were a steal. They stand the two up to a much better height making laundry much more manageable.
