Great Purchase

After one year it has performed flawlessly and efficiently using very little electricity to maintain my food. The FlexZone has been used in a variety of ways and adjusts the temp precisely as stated in the manual. No problems with leaks or operation of the ice maker Exterior cleaning is a breeze ( I use Orange Pledge and it makes the stainless steel fridge look and smell wonderful). If there were any drawbacks I'd say its the price of the water filters. They're running anywhere from 40 to 60 dollars for the Samsung original. If you see them cheaper, grab a couple. The water is clear, clean and fresh tasting so they definitely do their job and make a difference. Overall, I'm definitely satisfied with my purchase.

Almost, but not quite. Had to replace it.

However after a few short months I had to replace the entire unit. The icemaker design is faulty and after 3 service calls and complete replacement of the icemaker it just kept on leaking and building up ice where it wasn't supposed to be.

We keep a deep freeze in the garage, so one side of the flex bottom is used as the "kids" fridge. Perfect for letting them have a little space to keep their drinks and snacks!

I love the fact that you can make the 3rd door into a refrig or freezer or cooler. my only issue is that I need a stepstool to reach.

The freezer layout makes it easy to find food. The ability to turn the right side into a freezer is just perfect. It is taller than other brands, so we removed the cupboard that was above the old unit.( We didn't use the cupboard except for stuff we never used, so we don't miss it) Easy to clean, more attractive than other designs. Because it has a full size upper, I can put large trays when I am working on my holiday baking.
