It has a shelf that lifts to make room for large pitchers or tall items, and also a shelf that pushes forward for tall items also. Negtives: It marks up a lot where the water is from hard water spots. It's hard to fill up pitchers, coffee pots, etc. And it's missing the cheese/meats long drawer from my other fridge. There are only two drawers, one for fruits and one for veggies. So I haven't quite figured out where to put meats/cheeses. Quite a few of the compartments in the left door are superfluous. They are too tiny for anything good to fit. I would have loved to have an extra bin for eggs and another for meats/cheese. The flex zone door is genius. I love it. We have a big family and love the extra room for veggies and beverages.

Almost, but not quite. Had to replace it.

However after a few short months I had to replace the entire unit. The icemaker design is faulty and after 3 service calls and complete replacement of the icemaker it just kept on leaking and building up ice where it wasn't supposed to be.

We keep a deep freeze in the garage, so one side of the flex bottom is used as the "kids" fridge. Perfect for letting them have a little space to keep their drinks and snacks!

I love the fact that you can make the 3rd door into a refrig or freezer or cooler. my only issue is that I need a stepstool to reach.

The freezer layout makes it easy to find food. The ability to turn the right side into a freezer is just perfect. It is taller than other brands, so we removed the cupboard that was above the old unit.( We didn't use the cupboard except for stuff we never used, so we don't miss it) Easy to clean, more attractive than other designs. Because it has a full size upper, I can put large trays when I am working on my holiday baking.
